It was clean overall, but the room had a bit of a musty smell. Since it was a Gradu Resort, the facilities seemed to be good ~~!! The bathroom is very spacious

Didn’t like only one way to get in the pool area

We usually love to stay at this property/resort with my whole family. However, this time traveling with a young child: we were told that small floaties were not permitted inside the pool. On Monday morning around 8 am we experienced power shortage. Microwave was unusable and sadly, we found a cockroach under our couch!! Sofa bed was broken. Will not be returning here, unfortunately. Standards are low
