A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Palma, but quiet also. Immediately the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Service was very good and the spa and roof terrace were very enjoyable. Would recommend thoroughly

We came to visit the hotel because we’re planning to stay in Mallorca in a few months and we wanna find the bestest option. Everything was amazing and the staff were incredible nice and charm, specially Nuria. We’ll definetly book a room for summer!

We were very disappointed in the attitude of this hotel particularly Daniel the Manager. My wife fainted after checkin when we were through security and our bags had to be taken off the flight. We rang and told the hotel we couldn’t make it at 2.45pm within the 72 hours and were fully prepared to pay one night. However they were very unreasonable and charged us 3 night the full trip. Daniel the Manager did not call us back after them saying he would. We sent our boarding passes and bag tags as requested. Can not recommend this hotel as feel they acted very unreasonably and did not expect this from a hotel of this quality.

Perfect hotel to stay at in Palma. Location perfect. Service perfect. Rooms perfect. Excellent breakfast. Spa is quite nice. Hotel itself is beautiful. But the service is what really stands out. Every single employee goes out of their way to make your stay perfect.

Superb hotel with great facilities. Excellent and very comfortable rooms with BIG beds to enjoy your nights. Beautiful indoor pool in the cellar with sauna and steam room. Also a rooftop pool with sunloungers to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Lovely restaurant serving excellent breakfast and evening meals. Centrally located within walking distance of everything. Front of house staff are the icing on the cake. The Cabau Hotel Group should be particularly proud of them. Helpful with any queries and such a joy to talk to. Highly recommend you stay here.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, the breakfast spread was amazing, and the rooftop terrace with a pool offered breathtaking views of the city. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Palma

Quelle découverte au cœur de Palma ! Ce restaurant offre un service de vin impeccable avec une large gamme de vins du monde entier. La cuisine méditerranéenne avec des touches mallorquines en extérieur est absolument délicieuse. La musique live les vendredis et samedis, avec un charmant piano, ajoute à l'ambiance. The attention to detail, service and customer care of hotel Gloria is absolutely exceptional. encountered a trouble with a door that was difficult to open in an apartment 100m from the hotel. The staff supported me to solve the issue swiftly and attentively, even if I'm not a guest at the hotel. I haven't experienced any service on this level before. They are truly the best of the best. If you are looking for impeccable service and attention to details this is the hotel to visit without a doubt. I give them my highest recommendations.

Excellent hotel. From the first moment we entered the beautifully restored old Mallorca building we were welcomed and that courtesy and kindness was present throughout our stay. of Management and staff went out of their way to make our 4day stay a wonderful experience. This is the perfect hotel for a city break or a longer stay, it’s a home from home in the most beautiful surroundings in the heart of Palma.
