Great location and lovely staff! Loved the location the hop on hop off bus stop right around the corner of the hotel There is a taxi stand right outside the door which happens to be to be a blessing especially when it rained Rooms were comfortable appreciated the USA outlet in the bathroom, the coffeemaker and the mineral water in the room. Even though the hotel is a bit away from the central part of Palma, I would still return here in a heartbeat Total bonus THE LAVENDER SEEDS probably the best momento I brought back from Mallorca

This is a great place if you go to Mallorca for business. Great rooms, very very friendly staff. They have bikes for rent that will get you around if you don't want to take a taxi for everything and it is very close to the marina if you are in for a nice stroll or early morning run.

Das Hotel liegt günstig: Nur 3 Gehminuten zum Hafen und ca. 5 Minuten vom Centum des kultigen Viertels Catalina mit seinen vielen gastronomischen Angeboten. Und ca. 10 Minuten von der Jaume lll. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll, modern eingerichtet. Sehr schöne, große Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Gepflegt und sauber. Fairer Preis.. Fazit: Für Palamatrip absolute Empfehlung!

A 15-minute walk to the Palma cathedral. Many restaurants and pubs nearby. Looks somewhat plain inside as for a 4-star hotel, both breakfast (18 EUR per person) as well as underground parking (28 EUR per night) overpriced. Hardly any perks for Bonvoy Platinum customers (a 10 EUR discount is rather a joke). Rooms comfortable yet do not match a 4-star venue standard.

During my stay in was using a Marriott-issued upgrade voucher, for which I had a written confirmation of its acceptance at this hotel. But the reception staff denied all knowledge upon checkin and publicly downgraded us. Aside from the embarrassment, they still kept the upgrade voucher and its listed as ‘used at AC Ciutat’. Been contacting them regularly since to get my stolen voucher back. The hotel doesn’t care a jot. It’s basically theft!

A localização do hotel foi ótima, atendentes muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O quarto é de um tamanho bom, bonito e organizado, assim como o banheiro! O hotel é muito moderno também. Caso voltasse à Mallorca ficaria no mesmo hotel. O café da manhã também merece elogios!
