Location. Excellent. Pleasant walk to cathedral and old town. Shops. Supermarket next door, lots in centre and around local El Corte Ingles. Mercat d'Olivar for deli items. Restaurants. Excellent food. Chinese, Indian near El Corte Ingles, great choice around cathedral. Excellent cafe at end of street. Noise. Minor problem at times (inner rooms may be best). Size. We had suite which was great. Heating/ Cooling. In March heating when needed was good. As usual I never understand why places don't have fans (we travel with one) Storage. Excellent. Bathroom. The glass enclosed shower and toilet may not be to the taste of everyone, but good for us. Facilities. Reasonable collection of kitchenware. No cafetiere (we travel with one) Would prefer a washing machine to a dishwasher. There is a good laundrette near El Corte Ingles, but still a drawback for a long stay. Cleanliness. Excellent. TV. Spanish news, some German/ English channels. WiFi. A shortfall in bandwidth makes use difficult at times. Security. Door code access, no staff 2100 to 0900. Staff. Helpful, pleasant. Would we stay again? Yes, without doubt.

Great, clean hotel- Central location, walking distance to beach and transport hub to get train to Soller. Central location means it is easy to get around.Helpful reception staff. Will definitely return to this hotel if doing to Palma again.

Always efficient and warm welcome. Nothing too much trouble.We wanted a cooking knife for our apartment and a new one in box arrived that afternoon 😃

We loved how comfortable this hotel was and how modern the facilities were. It is very walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants and only a 15 min walk from the Cathedral. Parking is convenient and cost only 10 euros but it must be reserved ahead of time as spots are limited. The only thing missing would be if they provided breakfast but otherwise loved our stay here!

Fabulous, the staff are so lovely, helpful and accommodating. Room was absolutely gorgeous and a great base for exploring. I would definitely return and recommend to friends. We stayed in a large ground floor room which was fully equipped and stylishly decorated

This was a very cute apartment. My 2 girlfriends and i stayed for just one night but would be a good place for several nights as it was quite spacious. The only comment is the glassed in shower in the middle of the apt that could maybe be all frosted glass instead of just partially frosted. Otherwise, no place.
