Palacio Can Marqués was one of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful well restored palace in the heart of Palma walking distance to many things, yet quite peaceful and private. Our suite was full of character, from a fully stocked library to unique decorations. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend a stay here.

Posto meraviglioso, ambienti da favola e personale gentilissimo. Si entra in un mondo magico già oltrepassando il portone di ingresso. Il patio, le camere, gli ambienti sono curati nei minimi particolari e tutto è di alto livello.

Exceptional in every way. Rooms with gentle soft beds and every small comfort down to toothpaste! in the centre but the double glazing and a/c makes it so peaceful with open windows offering the bustle of the streets. A beautiful building too. But above some of the best service we've ever had anywhere in the world - reception staff, waiters, porters - all of them go out of their way to help you. Amazing.

Our third time at this beautiful hotel will certainly not be our last. If anything this was even better than our previous stays which were top class. The rooms are all magnificent and this time we were in Rose which was best yet for us. A fabulous space with great facilities and a terrace looking over the nearby plaza. The staff were all so kind, attentive and professional and added greatly to the enjoyment of our stay. It would be remiss not to name them and they are Antonia, Tholo, Elisa, Eddie, Susie and in charge, Isabel. They all made us feel very special and nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has a roof terrace with great views of the roof tops and Cathedral - and a bar,- perfect for a summer’s afternoon. It could hardly be in a better location with great restaurants and unique stores nearby and also only minutes away from the marina and waterfront. We discovered this place a few years ago when it had just opened and it has now grown into itself and is simply as good as it gets in the city of Palma. Congratulations again to Isabel and the team - we hope you’re all still there when we come back next time. John & Beverley Miller

Bewertung: Ein wahrer Palast mitten in Palma! Dieses Hotel mit seinen 13 individuell gestalteten Zimmern ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und jedes Zimmer erzählt seine eigene Geschichte. Die Liebe zum Detail ist unübertroffen, und man spürt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird – von den hochwertigen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche bis hin zu den Pflegeprodukten. Die Begrüßung mit einem Glas Cava, der Check-In wird während dessen erledigt. Im Zimmer wurde ich mit einer Flasche Cava, Erdbeeren mit Schokolade überzogen überrascht. Die zentrale Lage macht es einfach, alles zu erkunden. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen für jeden, der eine kurze Auszeit sucht. Es ist einfach perfekt! Danke für den tollen Service, ich komme bestimmt bald wieder!

Absolutely stunning property and the most amazing, friendly, prefixes signal and attentive staff. Nothing was too much for them and they made everyone feel extra special. The ladies on reception Antonia and Elisa are fabulous!! I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

This, in my opinion, is the best hotel in Palma. Previously stayed in Antiqua Palma, and it is also a lovely building with good service. However, this one is in an incredible building with lots of history. Most importantly, the beds are extremely comfortable, which is very important for me. The staff are very personal and friendly. Antonia and Elisa on reception and the concierge Abdel is very helpful and "amable." Location is excellent as it is surrounded by great restaurants and tapa bars in the heart of La Llotja. Every room is different, and you have to embrace it. Not cheap. But on this occasion I can say it is worth it. Great experience. Thanks to all the staff.
