Good price for two nights with great breakfast. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Recommend to choose sea view rooms the views could be spectacular.

Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Good location near Palma, a bus stop in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff. The room was nog big but comfortable. Only a pity that you can hear much of the noise of the neighbours. And you have to climb up back if you walk down the hill to the sea.

Lovely hotel at the top of a hill. Be mindful of this when coming back late at night. Staff very helpful, clean and tidy. The weather was not great while we were there and unfortunately the only place to get coffee during the day was by the pool, a bit of a long shot in pouring rain! Breakfast was a wonderful display and varied menu however warm plates for hot food would help keep food warm as you move around the restaurant. We were caught out by not having drinking cups in our room replaced as “ saving the earth”. Please give consideration to a broader on site evening menu given the distance from the local restaurants on less favour able 3venings.

Excellent 2 night stay at MLL Blue Bay. Staff very friendly & professional. The room with a mountain view was good value with a nice powerful shower! I enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast. Note the location is at the top of a hill, just in case anyone has physical limitations. I believe there is a good bus service into town. But it was perfect for me, a had a beautiful walk from the hotel past the marina and into Palma central.

Il personale gentilissimo, tutti molto accoglienti e ti fanno sentire a casa. Qualsiasi desiderio hanno accolto e ci sono sempre venuti in contro. Veramente da consigliare. Anche la posizione molto comodo a tutti servizi, il mare a pochi passi.

Worst experience I had in a hotel. I booked 2 twin rooms and also tried to contact the hotel multiple times to make sure there was no issues, however they never responded. I ended up paying almost double of what I initially paid for a very poor conditioned room which ceiling was leaking. Thankfully they changed our room. Also other small issues regarding room. Lastly, when I emailed them my feedback they never responded either. This was a gift for my birthday and certainly ruined my experience. Do NOT recommend!

le pire hôtel de palma de Mallorca une vrai poubelle hôtel très sale et pas fais pour les Français !!! a fuir a fuir a fuir a fuir !!!!! piscine sale froide nourriture médiocre cantine en pire mais très sale chambre année 1980 pas digne de recevoir des touristes !!
