Great location, right next to the main transport station where you can catch trains and buses to places. Walkable distance to the port, cathedral and many restaurant options nearby.

This hotel is near the subway station, train station and bus station. It only takes a few minutes to walk to get there. The transportation is very convenient and fast! I've never been in a burrow like that hotel, the only decent thing is the entrance, everything else you couldn't even imagine in your worst nigh**ares, a disgusting carpet with a dirty and overused smell, claustrophobic corridors with flashing lights. The room is a disaster, the carpet is still inside the room and it is just as horrible as outside, the sockets do not work well, the toilet is not maintained, the shower loses water, the hairdryer does not work, they did not tell you a measly lotion, a comb or something, as many stars as it has, and they don't seem to exist. The first night in the medieval bed that falls into the holes of the first beings that slept there, it became almost impossible not to fall into the pits of the abyss that absorbed you, the itchy sheets, one really bad night and the next ones were no better. I didn't leave there as they don't give you anything back, and I couldn't afford it anywhere else, but I really recommend this place to all the haters. Since you're only going to have a bad time. I don't want to talk about the breakfast that was included, because it's not worth it.

La ubicación es perfecta . La moqueta del pasillo de la 5a planta esta muy estropeada por productos, lejías líquidos. En la habitación la televisión no funcionaba , llamemos a recepción y nos dijeron que había un problema en el hotel 🤷🏻♀️. La cama muy cómoda .La luz muy insuficiente y el baño la bañera es muy alta , muy incómoda para entrar y salir . Necesita una renovación . No corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas

Elegimos este hotel por su buena ubicación y porque la agencia de viajes nos informó que en éste, se había realizado una rehabilitación.Nada más lejos de la realidad. Dicha rehabilitación se ha debido realizar mínimamente, ya que las habitaciones en su mayor parte presentan un aspecto totalmente desvencijado, moquetas viejas y sucias que amenazan a la higiene , instalación de red televisión averiada en todo el hotel, bañeras altísimas , caja fuerte inservible, mueble minibar sin bebidas metido en armario ropero.Resulta increible que el Consell de Mallorca mantenga la valoración de 4 cuatro estrellas a este bajo nivel de establecimiento en su política de mejorar el nivel de calidad turística.

Yo no volvería nunca, muy mala atención llegue antes de las 9 de la mañana y me guardaron la maleta y quedaron en avisarme cuando la habitación esté lista, alas 13y35min fui al hotel por que no me habían llamado y efectivamente la habitación ya estaba lista y ni se dignado en llamarme, y para rematar la televisión no funcionaba en ninguna de las habitaciones por lo del cambio de analógico a digital, entre el día 23 de febrero y me fui el 27 de febrero , an tenido el tiempo suficiente para poner la televisión en condiciones, pedí que me devuelvan el dinero para poder ir a otro hotel y me dicen que tengo que hablar con la directora, que nunca ningún responsable d3l hotel vino a hablar con nosotros y ni siquiera se disculparon por las molestias causadas, muy mala experiencia no se dejen llevar por las fotos que ponen por Internet que no tiene nada que ver, gente maleducada y muy malhumorada para estar de cara al público
