Hidden in the narrow streets of the town centre of Mallorca. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We visited with friends and all rooms were furnished differently. Breakfast was excellent as was lunch. Drinks are served on the rooftop lounge which was very pleasant. A tip: you must reserve a table for all restaurants in vicinity for dinner.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Palma. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das morgendliche Frühstück ist immer frisch und in ausreichender Auswahl vorhanden (alleine 6 verschiedene Milchsorten). Das Hotel ist ein wenig verwinkelt was aber auch den Charme ausmacht, die Dachterrasse eignet sich perfekt für einen starter ins Abendgetümmel von Palma, auch die Hoteleigene Bar ist immer einen Besuch wert.

Klimatyczny, butikowy hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Wokół mnóstwo restauracji i barów, blisko najważniejszych zabytków miasta. Bardzo wygodne i duże łóżko. Profesjonalny i uprzejmy personel. Puro Beach Illetas supposedly closing down!! Having cancelled our wedding 2 months out. Taking no responsibility or offering and compensation by management! So disappointed in puro as this was such a special place for me and my partner. Now having lost thousands and we currently have no venue for our wedding ceremony.

The most friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and everyone was so nice! rooms were so cool and breakfast in the morning was amazing! Location cannot be beat! they even brought us a bottle of champagne and cake for my fiance's bday! recommend 10/10

What a lovely hotel right in the heart of Palma. Very beautiful internally and with super comfortable rooms. And a delicious breakfast too. Despite a problem with our initial room, we have given 5 stars because of how this was eventually resolved. With kindness and professionalism. Anna was a star. She was helpful, understanding and kept us well informed. And thank you to all at the hotel for living up to their reputation for excellent customer service.

The wonderful experience, the workers very attentive and friendly, the cook a charm. In general, everything was very good, the only thing that bothered me was that when I was inside the room with my wife, the cleaning woman opened the door without calling, which made me a little uncomfortable, otherwise everything was perfect, I recommend it.
