房間很乾凈，前台服務也很好，但是設施沒有那麼新，但是早飯好吃，海景房的話對得起這個價格，但是隔音不是特別好

Nuestra estancia en el Be Live Experience Cala Mayor fue bastante buena. La oferta y variedad en el buffet del desayuno es muy buena, la amabilidad del servicio en recepcion fue excepcional, y la localizacion es muy recomendable.

The room was advertised to include shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, but there was only a 2-in-1 without conditioner. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush provided. Additionally, having only one power outlet near one bed in a room with two separate beds is not very convenient.

bon accueil et personnel agréable par contre l’hotel et marque 4 étoile j’en mettrai 3*maximum dans ma chambre personnellement plinthe moisie serviette avec des traces de mascaras et bouton qui servent pas beaucoup et le ménage reste à désiré

I had a great solo stay here. Reception staff particularly Maria were really, really helpful. Room was as shown, clean, functional and modern -slightly smaller than photo. Hotel was right on beach and shops and bus stop in to Palma only 5 minutes walk away. Common areas were slightly scruffy and unkempt but as I say room was really clean which is what matters most. I felt very safe in this area on my own.
