The hotel is being renovated and all the furniture is brand new even the mattrass, which was a bit hard. However, I would have enjoyed some complementary hair conditioner and body lotion. Nevertheless, there was a big selection of breakfast food and the staff was very friendly.

Great breakfast, gorgeous unique rooms. The junior suite was so big, it had a grand piano and a full kitchen, along with a private balcony that was as big as most hotel rooms! Very conveniently located hotel room right in the middle of the action in Palma. Marino and Herve were amazingly kind hosts at Reception.

Great location at the heart of old town. Very pleasant stuff. Tasty breakfast. Cool old building with a terrace at the rooftop. Also, a very competitive price for what is offered. A really comfortable bed. And a small bonus: mini-bar included :)

Great hotel in the perfect location. Rooftop terrace was a bonus, perfect for catching the last rays of sun.Super breakfast included. Thanks to staff members Jaume, Hervé and Miguel all friendly, helpful and professional. Hopefully see you again soon.

Stayed one night with my husband, loved everything about it. We will definitely come back to this hotel. Very cozy, the room is quiet despite the fact that we had a kind of exit to the patio terrace. On the terrace was a huge bed, sofa and table (it was very unusual and nice). The room had bathrobes, slippers and a grand piano (wow effect) and on not a bottle of champagne with a personalized card welcoming me as a guest. (to the point of goosebumps 10 izi 10). The mini bar is completely complimentary. For breakfast we agreed to let us in at 7-45, as a cab to the airport we were called for 8-30. (reference point for the cost of a cab from the hotel 23-25 euros). Breakfast is very full and tasty, everything is enough. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the room was very warm (despite the fact that this night it was +5 outside the window and a strong cold wind). March 8, 2024

Nice design hotel. Central strategica location. I got the room with a nice terrace. Amazing. People working there are lovely. The structure it has been renovated recently. Very charming. We felt home since the beginning. Breakfast are OK.
