Hotel muy acogedor y muy bien ubicado, excelente atención del personal, resaltamos a Miguel y Blanca que hicieron más amena nuestra estancia. La habitación está bien decorada, cama y baño cómodos, amenities buenísimos. Recomiendo este hotel al 100!

Muy buena situación en una zona tranquila del centro histórico. Perfectas y agradables instalaciones. Si tuviera que poner algún pero, serían las almohadas que las 2 que ponen son muy blanditas pero lo comenté y me ofrecieron otra más acorde con mis necesidades pero les aconsejaría dispusieran de unas almohadas intermedias, no tan blanditas. Trato exquisito del personal del hotel.

A beautiful boutique hotel - perfectly located in the Old Town. Its a renovated old building with a modern twist - tastefully decorated inside, and not too big - we estimated 32 rooms over 4 floors. The rooms are spotlessly clean with tastefully selected furniture. Breakfast was really good with excellent selection of things to eat to set you up for the day. On the roof is a small pool to help cool you off and some areas to lie out if a quiet day preferred. We walked to the beach on a number of occasions. The staff were just wonderful though - could not be more welcoming and helpful to us.

Dear Hotel Basilica, I wanted to write and thank you for such a wonderful stay in Palma this last weekend. From the moment Miquel greeted us at the door on arrival every moment in your hotel and city was incredible. Our room was perfect, there was nothing more we wanted or needed. Thank you to Blanca for such great reccommendations of resturants, we loved everywhere we ate. The pool on the rooftop was the perfect way to relax and the courtyard was a tranquil heaven. Hotel Basilica and the people who work there are very speacial and we will be back very soon. Thanks so much again!

First time to Spain and happened upon this gem. I checked in late looking like a typical backpacker, and still the young gal behind the counter handled everything so graciously. She offered a glass of cold cava right away and thoroughly explained the area and amenities. It was too cold to swim but upstairs I was treated to a gorgeous rooftop view with nearby cathedrals- this was clearly the place to watch the sunset. The breakfast buffet was great! Croissants were absolutely delicious. The quiet patio with a bar that was lovely. The hotel is central to quite a lot- the area was walkable and safe, and there was a really good Italian restaurant basically next door. Service continued to be great through my stay.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Lage. Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend. Beim Check-in gab es sogar Cava aufs Haus. Die Dachterasse ist einmalig, auch bei Nacht.

Hotel Basilica liegt in einer kleinen Gasse direkt neben der Basilika San Francesc und ist einem alten Stadthaus untergebracht. Eine optimale Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet mit mallorquinischen Zementfliesen auf dem Boden. Das Bad ist sehr großzügig mit großer Dusche und Pflegeprodukten von Molton Brown. Die Dachterrasse ist klein aber fein mit einem kleinen Pool und ca. 20 Liegestühlen. Es gibt eine 'Honesty Bar'. Frühstück gibt es leider erst ab 8:00 Uhr, aber auf dem Zimmer gibt es eine Nespresso Maschine und man kann sich immer Kapselnachschub an der Rezeption holen. Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichlich. Die Mini Bar ist inklusive. Leider geht der Raum in den Ruhezustand, sobald man ihn verlässt. Klimaanlage geht aus (das ist ja normal), leider aber auch alle Steckdosen. D.h. die Ladezyklen der elektronischen Geräte, Powerbanks etc. wollen genau geplant sein. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind extrem gut schallisoliert und bei geschlossenem Fenster (unbedingt zu empfehlen, wenn man zur Straßenseite wohnt) absolut ruhig. Vermutlich kann man die Fenster zum Innenhof nachts offenlassen, zur Straßenseite ist das nur sehr bedingt zu empfehlen. Ein tolles Hotel für einen Palma Städtetrip.
