Very good hotel, convenient transportation, good service, good privacy, and many Chinese restaurants around. Next time I go to Mallorca, I will still choose here!

Would like more amenities.
For example, such little things as slippers (especially in winter), napkins, a bottle of water.
Location is great, housekeeping too, breakfast too

My friend and I stayed here for just under a week during a short getaway. We absolutely loved this hotel and could barely find any faults with it. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, even went above and beyond. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the room was comfortable, simple but nicely furnished, spacious and felt really clean, and was cleaned daily. The mini fridge was really helpful to keep snacks and water in, too. The location was really good as well, definitely within walking distance of all the main city attractions, about 15-20 minutes. Could barely hear any traffic noise, in fact I think the other doors closing in the hallway was louder.
One thing that would make it perfect would be to have a kettle / coffee machine.
We didn't have breakfast there but the menu of the restaurant did seem a little bit limited for both breakfast and dinner and evening drinks options.
Only other problem we had was a bit of confusion with their parking / the parking wasn't available even though we were meant to be paying for a space. (Just a tip, for renting a car - parking in Palma is an absolute nightmare - unless you want to pay 30 euros each night for an underground car park - we walked 15-20 mins to our car each morning. But still worth it)
Overall it was a lovely stay and we looked forward to coming back to our room each night.

We hebben 3 dagen verbleven in dit mooi hotel. We kwamen zeer vroeg toe in het hotel (8u30) en uiteraard was de kamer nog niet klaar, wat niet erg was, want we hadden het een en ander vooraf gepland. De zeer enthousiaste Louisa bezorgde ons nog extra info (bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, een duidelijk plan,…) Het hotel ligt op een klein kwartiertje stappen naar het centrum en 25 minuten naar het station waar het treintje naar Soller vertrekt We hadden een standaardkamer op de eerste verdieping met zicht op de gezellige patio. Compacte badkamer met fantastische inloopdouche. Ontbijt is met bediening aan tafel en bestaat uit koffie/thee, vruchtensap en fruit en een keuze uit gebak, eieren, sandwiches of yoghurt (je kiest 2 van de 4 opties) Omdat we op dag twee erg moe waren van een uitstap naar Soller, namen we het diner in het hotel en betaalden €55.20 (diner, water en een goede fles wijn) Het hotel beschikt ook over een gezellig dakterras met klein zwembadje. Heerlijke plaats om te genieten na een drukke dag De laatste dag gingen we lunchen in één van de hotelsuggesties, restaurant La Vieja Gastronomia. Heerlijke tapas! Als we nog eens naar Palma komen kiezen we zeker voor NOU BALEARES (Taxi luchthaven – hotel €26 met tip)
