The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Was a little nervous at first as the view out front is of a derelict building. But the hotel rooms are nice and the building is ver well located. Nice roof terrace for drinks and easy access to surrounding beaches by foot or bus.

In questo hotel non c'è stato niente di positivo. Camere fatiscenti formiche in giro. Frigorifero ruggine aria condizionata non funzionante. Un ventilatore sgangherato. Biancheria ingiallita e macchiata. Le camere alle 23 ancora da fare.

Siamo capitati in questa specie di albergo causa volo cancellato e spostato di 3 giorni...era l'unico disponibile ad un prezzo quasi accessibile. Devo dire che dopo aver visto la camera ci siamo pentiti di aver pagato anticipatamente 400€ per 3 in una camera sporchissima,piena di formiche,vetri rotti,porte rotte,frigobar che penso non sia mai stato pulito. L'hotel assomiglia molto a un ostello di infima categoria,autogestito,se non lo chiedi non ti cambiano gli asciugamani,macchie ovunque. Inoltre eravamo in 3 ma ci hanno dato 2 letti e una branda che neanche a militare la trovi così. Non andateci piuttosto spendete 200€ in più ma trovate un 4 stelle. Allego foto anche se non rendono lo sporco che c'era. In conclusione la hall inganna perché sembra tenuta bene ma poi le camere sporche,la piscina sporca piena di insetti evidenziano probabilmente una struttura lasciata andare.

siamo appena usciti da questo hotel e mi presto subito a scrivere una recensione NEGATIVA. gruppo di 5 persone 400 euro a testa e non ne vale manco 50. persone abbastanza carine e gentili ma se a casa loro puliscono come puliscono quelle stanze siamo freschi. Ripeto 400€ e dormire ogni sera con vermi non è accettabile, cucina invasa e camera che si affaccia sul balcone completamente invasa da formiche. NON C’è ricambio giornaliero di carta igienica e tris asciugamani . ( ci siamo lavati 5 giorni con lo stesso per faccia e doccia ) ALLEGO FOTO DI ALCUNI VERMI TROVATI i quali ti pizzicavano la notte . la jacuzzi c’è ,ma l’acqua è bollente da ustione di 4° grado ed essendo sul terrazzo scoperto e non costudita non sapevamo neanche come si accendessero le bolle. c’è ascensore , microonde e frigo in camera , la receptionist stessa ci ha sconsigliato di fare colazione li . tutto sommato ci si può adattare non è male , soprattutto perché si trova al centro delle due aree più importante di palma (magaluf e il centro città ) . tra ragazzi ci si arrangia ,ma non vale assolutamente 2000€. lml anna scattà.

Deberían cuidar más la limpieza en la recepción, el hotel está muy cuco y súper bien situado, el personal muy agradable, la habitación cómoda y limpia, lo único que salía el agua de algún sitio del baño.

Nice hotel at a nice price. Outdoor pool & Jacuzzi. Room is simple, but comfortable. Bath tub and powerful shower head. Perfect location for me. 8 euro cab tide or bus to Palma Historic area. Beaches, car & scooter rentals 2 minute walk. Restaurants and bars 2 minute walk. There are 2 massage spas, 1 barber & 1 hair salon. Everything one needs is a 2 minute walk.

This is my second stay at the Lis, and I would certainly return. The hotel is lovely, very nice reception area, we were in room 405 which was very spacious, great balcony and lovely cold air con! Just what we needed in August. I requested a travel cot which was set up for our arrival. I made a comment to Martin (the owner) what my favourite drink was and he went out and bought the drink for me. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool is lovely, in the sun of a morning and shade in the afternoon which is great if you fancied a break from the sun, but if you still wanted the sun, you could go up to the roof where there were lots of beds, chairs and even a hot tub! which was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be returning again hopefully soon. Special thanks to Martin, Doroty & Olga, they were all amazing and made our experience at The Lis a beautiful one.

Camere vecchie per il prezzo che ha è spaventoso, non fanno nemmeno fattura nonostante dicano che la mandano via mail, colazione da supermercato e non capiscono nemmeno l’inglese, camere trascurate e piscina piccola
