Très beau moment passé dans ce très bel endroit, les chambres sont très agréables, le personnel aux petits soins, et le spa, le buffet, le bar et le restaurant sont d’un très bon niveau. L’établissement est bien placé dans la ville.

Ein traumhaft schönes Hotel mit exzellentem Service - inmitten der Stadt. Frühstücksbuffet - außergewöhnlich, lecker und gesund. Hier bekommt man etwas für das „ Auge“. Im gesamten Hotel duftet es nach Zitrone 🍋. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt.

Unsere Auszeit in Palma ist jedes Jahr mit dem Convent verbunden. Perfekte Lage inmitten der Stadt, unaufgeregter Luxus, vor allem aber Gastfreundschaft in allen Belangen. Vom Zimmerpersonal bis hin zur leitenden Direktorin fühlen wir uns stets wertgeschätzt und immer willkommen. Deshalb gibt es Mallorca für uns immer nur in Kombination mit dem Convent de la Missio.

Seit vielen Jahren sind wir immer wieder auf Mallorca und haben jetzt einen Hotel-Diamanten mitten in Palma's Altstadt gefunden. Die Mitarbeitenden freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ihre Palma- und Mallorca-Tipps für Ausflüge und Essen waren Volltreffer. Das Morgenbuffet erstklassig, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein. Täglich frische Früchte, Kaffee, Mineral und Blumen. Wir haben einen Tag lang 2 City-Bikes gemietet, die beide in einem Top-Zustand waren und die Rezeption erklärte uns die sicheren Palma by Bike-Routen. Danach erholten wir uns im kleinen und feinen Spa, im Sprudelbad und in der Sauna. Das war nicht unser letztes Mal. Hasta la próxima!

From check in to check out, the whole experience was wonderful, faultless even. From every member of staff to the super luxury bedding, the antiquity of the building and what they've done with it, the food, the cocktails, the roof terrace, the wellness area, everything was perfect. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel that is well located but it’s the staff (Joan and Federica) in particular that made our stay especially wonderful. We’ve stayed at some lovely places but never experienced this level of customer service. Thank you for making our stay so special!
