Lokalizacja bardzo dobra ,śliczne widoki z balkonu z wyższych pięter , do centrum historycznego pieszo Ok 15 min, na plaże autobus miejski dobrze skomunikowana, śniadania różnorodne smaczne z produktami regionalnymi i myślę że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, pokoje dobrze wyciszone z indywidualną klimatyzacją, codzienne sprzątanie , woda bezpłatnie i barek obfity odpłatnie Co prawda w niektórych miejscach widać ząb czasu ale jest to nie istotne chyba że trafi na malkontenta

This is a great hotel and a reasonably priced option on the Palma seafront overlooking the harbour and within walking distance to the city centre, cathedral and sights. The rooms are clean, secure, quiet and spacious with furnished balconies, tea and coffee makings and refrigerator. The wifi is good and the beds comfortable. We have found all the staff to be helpful and friendly but would mention in particular the manager, Alfonso, and Oscar on the front desk who gave us so much help with our booking and local information. We will certainly be back. Martin and Sheila Holloway

First stayed at the Bellver several years ago when I was on a sailing course In Palma The hotel has extensive facilities for business and leisure Lovely rooms and a superb spacious restaurant leading out to the terrace and pool Service and cleanliness are top class Great base for touring via Palma centre Paseo Maritimo in front of the hotel is undergoing extensive refurbishment *** Highly Recommended***

Another lovely stay at this hotel we have stayed here a few times. The hotel is spotless and all staff very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast is very good something for everyone. The road works outside the hotel didn't bother us as we never really heard them as we were out all day, I wouldn't let them put you off going. Can't wait to go back see you next year.

Amazing choice of hotel ....right on harbour...great location for all attractions....spotlessly clean...spacious bedrooms (929)...breakfast great....staff friendly and helpful.....I can not find any fault with this hotel.....we were on level 9 and we're not affected by current road works....

1. If you're allocated a room with an adjoining door - reject it! You can even hear next door opening the zips on their luggage! It's like they're actually in your room. A lot of airline staff stay, so they're coming and going at all hours. 2. Luckily at second time of complaining we were eventually moved to the front of the building, which is much quieter than the back, even with road works going on. However, there are still people riding motorbikes along the front at 3am. 3. Breakfast is a good selection; dinner hit and miss and very little on offer if you're vegetarian! Some food dishes were slow to be replenished. 4. Non seaview rooms have no kettle - unbelievable for a 4* hotel! 'Take away' drinks from the restaurant not available outside meal times...this hotel just wants to make money. 5. Handy for walking to all main tourist hot spots.

We are in what is described as a Hotel Basic Room. The room is very clean and comfortable. However being situated at rear of the hotel it is beside a very busy road. The double glazing has very poor noise insulation and so is very noisy during the night. We would like to have had a kettle in room in order to make a cup of tea or coffee. However basic rooms do not qualify. But if we had upgraded to a Superior Room at an extra €35 per day we could have a kettle!! What a pity as the Hotel is beautiful and so well situated
