從機場出來打車很方便就到酒店了，發現附近好多酒店都叫XxxMelia，可能這個區都是這個名字，酒店位於海對面，我們選的測海景房有個小露台可以坐，還是比較舒適和愜意的。早飯也很好吃，選擇非常多，還有專人可以煎蛋，好多酒店都沒有這個服務，酒店不提供牙刷，要主動要，這家酒店哪哪都好就是有點不夠明碼標價，我們去的時候裏面服務人員在我們不在房間的情況下，放了兩小塊巧克力（一小片那種），還把被子掀開一角放在被子上，兩張床一張一塊，我們以為是贈品就吃了，結果結賬的時候被告知要收取9歐元，這個屬實有點坑，巧立名目收費了我覺得這個不太合適，其他倒還好。一定注意迷你吧和玻璃杯這些沒有免費的食品，都會被收費，合理食用。

Top Hotel, super Service, sehr schöne Terrasse (für die Baustelle davor kann das Hotel nichts) , super Frühstück ABER: leider Ungeziefer in den Zimmern, in unserem Fall wie sich bei Abreise herausgestellt hat Bettwanzen. Wir hatten 4 Einzelzimmer und alle 4 Gäste waren an den Beinen befallen. Das Hotel würde gut daran tun sofort alle Zimmer behandeln zu lassen. Daher leider nur 2 Sterne Bewertung. Sehr unangenehmer Vorfall. Da wir 6 Nöchte da waren ist klar bewiesen dass es dort herkommt.

Hotel di altissimo livello con personale cortese e professionale. Sembra di stare a casa. Le camere sono ampie e con ottima vista. Il cibo è squisito e fresco. Utile la palestra. A piedi si può andare in centro paese. Una passeggiata al porto va fatta al tramonto.

The hotel was amazing, staff where so helpful, our bedroom was kept spotless and everynight they turned the bed covers back and left chocolate s on the bed. Those little extras made our stay very special. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, views amazing and watching the sunset coming up when having breakfast was a sight to see.

The excellent experience of this stay and hotel started weeks before we arrived for our short break, and we cannot speak highly enough of the service levels that we encountered. This started from an e-mail from Alex in the guest experience department arranging things for us for us arriving, and continued the minute we arrived at the hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you day or night, and nothing is a problem at anytime and is always accompanied with a smile, which is not always the case, the hotel should be very humbled with the staff that they have. We ate breakfast each morning in the hotel, and the selection of food both hot and cold would be extremely difficult for someone to find any fault with, it also helps when you have such a beautiful outlook overlooking the stunning marina. Our room was also excellent and cleaned to within an inch of its life daily, by yet another ever smiling member of staff which was extremely appreciated The location of the hotel is about a 35 minute enjoyable walk to the main centre of the city, and the Cathedral and there are many things to see and do when in this area of the city. Our stay at this hotel was excellent and we are already looking to return ASAP and this is not only due to the hotel location and amenities, but the attitude of all the staff and this deserves a special mention Thank you Gran Melia and we will 100% see you all very soon

We have just returned from a wonderful week here We booked the Red Level Cathedral and Marina view the room was very luxurious The hotel faultless , every member of staff charming and polite service 10/10 We loved the Red Level Lounge service in there was exceptional as were the snacks and delicious cocktails Breakfast was great a wonderful selection in a beautiful dining room with lovely views We would return in a heartbeat
