Everything was great, various amenities plus room service. Everything one can wish for in a four star hotel. However we booked a room with balcony and sea view, technically we were given a sea view but the sea was more or less visible in the far horizon. The view from the balcony primarily consisted of parts of the city and the hotel inside yard.

Very poor customer service when we had no hot water, was laughed at by reception when voicing our concerns at not being able to have a shower on checkout. Not a great ending to our however beautiful trip. Will definitely stay somewhere else when we return.

Nous avons passé un bon weekend à Palma de Majorque. L'hôtel est très sympa et les prestations sont haut de gamme. Notre chambre était assez spacieuse mais dommage qu'on ait pas eu la vue du côté de la piscine. Nous avons apprécié la chambre mais malheureusement le bruit de la ventilation était assez bruyante pour ma part, je n'ai pas pu bien dormir à cause de cela. D'après le réceptionniste, ce son est normal. Ensuite, il y a peut être des petits travaux d'entretien à faire dans cette chambre au niveau des sols, joints etc.
Sinon un bon séjour en général.
Nous avons apprécié les repas proposés et l'amabilité des employés.

Very nice average hotel, good value for money overall but basic all the same. Stayed here for 3 nights last week, I did choose the hotel as we have stayed at several of the Melia hotels however I found this one quite basic. Decent location for getting out and about in Palma however the noise levels from the front of the hotel were horrendous. Street noise from traffic, shouting, trucks, buses and a little building work next door meant keeping your window shut was the only way to peace. I must admit I was offered the balcony room which I think is at the back of the hotel for a few extra euro, I didn't think I needed it but knowing now how noise the front of the hotel was, I would definitely recommend taking the balcony rooms which over look the pool at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was very poor, 2 days out of 3 not enough seats and had to sit in the bar area or outside. Choice was poor, very basic buffet and had to ask for cutlery as this was constantly empty along with juice glasses being empty and having to use plastic beakers. My positives were clean and tidy, very reasonable price and good reception staff.

The good , bed very comfortable. Lots of sunloungers and reasonable price point and reception staff friendly and complimentary soft drinks in room each day. The not so good: Location it really is a good walk into centre cathedral area by foot 25 -30 mins . Santa Catalina area 10-15 min. We were there in March and so not hot and fine for walking but in the summer heat it would be wise to use public transport or taxi and that’s not really what I would want to do on a city break . Taxi rank outside £26 euro to airport. Rooms We could not get room temperature to change despite it being switched on . Again in the heat not sure how you would manage without decent air con . Bathroom amenities, dispensers almost empty couldn’t get liquid soap out . Not the cleanest room lot of dust . Not enough hangers . Glass on balcony at one side very loose didn’t feel structure was safe and secure . Despite having high floor and city view with sea and cathedral in distance it is not the best view as lots built up around hotel and little soundproofing between rooms Overall I would give it 3 stars and would prefer to stay in centre .

We stayed here for the weekend from 21st March 24. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood but is close to the marina, bars and shops. The hotel is excellent, clean and staff welcoming. We had a swim up room with bath and it was amazing! Beds were the best we have ever had in a hotel. The room came with complimentary drinks, which consisted of x2 beers, soda water and x2 juices. These were replaced daily. The pool was great as was the indoor pool which was lovely and warm. The sauna and steam room were great too. Drinks and food were reasonable for a hotel. Couldn't fault hotel or staff and would defo recommend 👌
