The hotel is not far from the beach. If you are on a high floor, you can see the sea from the balcony. The room is not big, but it is clean and comfortable. The front desk service is very good, the hygiene is also very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. It is a very good hotel.

Loved this hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice comfortable rooms. Swimming pool on lovely sunny terrace. Good breakfast. A ****** was that the design of the bathroom and shower means water often floods the bathroom. Also, if you want to be anywhere near the old town/town centre, it's a long walk to get there. We tried Ubers and rarely had any success but local taxis are fairly plentiful and cheap. A great choice though if you want to escape the noise of the town. A big thank you to the super helpful staff.

We stayed at the Marivent Hotel for a few days whilst on a long weekend break, in April. It is a short bus/taxi ride out of the centre of Palma, but we did walk into town on a couple of mornings, along the Marina. The staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms were a perfect temperature and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed, and the pool area is great. There are a couple of cafes local to the hotel as an alternative to having breakfast in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again as I think it is great value.

Service and staff was good, but condition was so and so-spares very Old and used..room was very small and we missed a table at the terass for sitting at Night…
Also we could hear all noise from other Rooms next to us…

We were there in August 2023. It was great.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel and the rooms were clean and very modern. The pool was super nice with a restaurant and bar at certain times. The breakfast was great. Everything you need and super fresh. The beach was a good 600m away. But easy to get to. The small town was just a few streets down. Palma by bike about 20 minutes. By taxi 15 minutes / 11€. I can highly recommend the hotel and the place. We were very happy with our choice. Great people, delicious restaurants. Beautiful beach.
