A centrally located hotel, very well connected and with excellent service. The hotel is gorgeous, tastefully decorated and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is sufficient and varied. The staff is very friendly and attentive to help in any way possible. I couldn't enjoy the terrace, but it's wonderful.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice from fresh fruit to yoghurt to cheese and ham as well as scrambled eggs and a variety of hot items.
The reception staff was always helpful and always friendly.
The room was a good size and very nicely furnished.
The roof terrace is also very nice with a small pool.
All in all a top hotel in the center of Palma, I'd love to come back.

Great experience for my hen party Looked after so well! Reception ordered all our taxis and sorted us out with constant drinks. Rooms lovely and roof top pool very nice Breakfast was very basic but we found a lovely place called “cappuccino” about 25 min walk away.
