Our stay at Palma Riad was Perfection! The service and kindness from everyone we met was exceptional. We have been raving about it since we left. In addition to the incredible staff, the accommodations are beautiful! We can't say enough about the Hammam suite. There are what seems to be thousands of restaurants, shops, and activities all in walkable distance from the hotel. One night my wife and I mentioned we had tried to get dessert, but the restaurant nearby was closed. The concierge called around and unbeknownst to us whipped up a flourless chocolate cake for us to share... Seriously? It was above and beyond. And we cannot forget the breakfast...! We hope to be back again and will be singing your praises each time we discuss our amazing trip!!

The staff at the palma riad are excellent from front of desk to housekeeping and the wonderful lady who looked after us so well at breakfast. Rooms are very unique and well appointed. Located in an excellent location close to all the local bars restaurants and shops. Ideal for exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for that special experience and excellent customer service

Un pequeño maravilloso , cuidado y detallista hotel en el centro de Palma. Uno se traslada directamente a un verdadero Riad. Una decoración impresionante, nuestra habitación Suite Ii con un grandiosa bañera y ducha para disfrutarla en pareja Bien situado para ir paseando por el centro de Palma, se va perfectamente andando al casco histórico. Exceptional in all ways - location, staff, breakfast, awesome suite - everything - everything. We got off to a terrible start - I left my rucksack in a taxi on the way to the hotel from the airport!!! - Valentine on reception had it tracked down and delivered to the hotel within half an hour!!! - extraordinary - as cool as you like - she saved our holiday - we are so so grateful to her. thank you to all so much - Simon and Tracey

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Palma Riad, toute l’équipe était aux petits soins pour nous, le lieu est splendide dans une ambiance très tamisée, les chambres et la salle de bain sont très spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est exquis et se prend dans le patio avec un mur végétalisé d’un côté et une jolie piscine intérieure qui donne beaucoup de cachet. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leurs conseils et mention spéciale à Valentine pour ses excellentes recommandations.

Ich kann nur für die Bar sprechen….aber diese war weit mehr als nur ausgezeichnet! Top Cocktails … allein schon das Zubereiten durch den Barkeeper ist grandios! Da versteht jemand wirklich sein Handwerk! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Sterne 😍 Tolles Ambiente, tolle Musik, super netter Service Empfang - das Hotel steht beim nächsten Palma Besuch definitiv auf der To-Do-Liste ….

We habe spent one night at Palma Riad and got an upgrade to the Penthouse Suite, which was amazing. The location of the hotel is very central, but still in a quiet little street. From the welcome to the check-out, the staff was highly professional, friendly and welcoming. The bed was amazing - truly comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. We loved the design and the clear concept it had through all aspects of the hotel. We would book the hotel again for sure.

Estuvimos en la suite 8 y muy bien. Bañera extra grande, cafetera, y habitación con todo tipo de comodidades. La chica de recepción que nos atendió a nuestra llegada por la tarde encantadora y muy amable. Como pegas se oye bastante ruido cuando los demás huéspedes salen de sus habitaciones, sobretodo a primeras horas de la mañana con las maletas, la señal de la tv fallaba bastante y tuvimos bastante calor por la noche. En cuanto al desayuno no hay mucha variedad, pero lo que pedimos a la carta estaba todo muy bueno. En general buena experiencia y recomendable.
