Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a hotel. Dismissive and lazy staff who do not follow through. So freakin loud too. Better options in Palma for the price.

Well appointed hotel with efficient staff. Room comfortable and clean. Disappointed could not avail of our room until 3pm having arrived at 10.30AM from cruise ship. Thankfully staff stored our luggage and we went into town to wait. Spa available at extra charge. Outdool pool cold. Worse thing was the breakfast. Cooked food cold despite being the first person there in the morning. Only head lady in restaurant could speak English. Would not return.

L hotel est hyper bien placé, ultra onsonnorise de l exterieur. Il offre une piscine avec vue panoramique superbe, de nombreux services comme spa, massages ou encore salle de sport. Le buffet du petit dejeuner est extremement copieux et varié. Les chambres offrent des prestations de luxes à prix yres raisonnable. Mais. Il y a un mais. Le nettoyage des chambres est survolé, les sols non lavés, les boites à mouchoirs non remplies, les serviettes pas remplacées, et la nuit, pour les etages 1 à 6, le son des rigolos qui squattent le hall avec la sécurité pour finir leur journee ou faire l'after resonne comme dans une cathedrale tant et si bien que vous ne dormirez pas. Dommage. Alberto a été très patient et professionnel suite à ce souci, mais le changement de chambre sans vérifier cette derniere s est avéré une mauvaise decision puisque les sols etaient tâchés d'urine... La femme de menage a ete conviee a revenir, mais cela aurait dû être fait avant de remettre les clefs. +1 pour la reception, +1 pour le service buffet du petit dejeuner et-10 pour la femme de menage plus interessee par les vocaux sur son telephone que par son travail.

Booked Junior Suite on 9th floor and also upgraded to the Level, which is highly recommended and well worth the cost. Views from 7th floor (pool area) mind blowing. Panoramic views of city and Marina, with the Beach 5 minutes away. Costs 2 beds and parasol 19 euros. Beware of the oriental "massage massage" ladies who are relentless. Special shout out to Paula, Domanique in the level area and Victor in pool bar. Only negative is the zombie music played at pool area from 10am until closure. We asked for it to be stopped or turned down, with Manager stating No as not company policy. Maybe listening to patrons and previous comments on review sites would help

Sehr nette Mitatbeiter in allen Bereichen. Level-Zugang ist zu empfehlen, sehr angenehmes Ambiente. SPA Aufenthalt war entspannend nach einer Stadtführung. 20 Minuten Gehdistanz zur Kathedrale bon Palma. Busse ins Zentrum und zum Flughafen direkt vor der Haustüre. Gerne wieder, danke!!
