A very dignified and beautiful hotel in the old town of Palma. Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The fairly high price is definitely justified given this location and amenities. The rooftop pool alone is more of a standing pool and not suitable for swimming.

A hotel that exceeded our expectations, very well located near important sites, the attention of the employees was excellent, especially Daniel who welcomed us, Giovana and Talo who were always attentive to our needs. The varied breakfast and good quality of food Highly recommended.

Excellent experience as a whole. Beautiful hotel and super well located. Every member of the staff, from the kitchen to the waiters, the cleaning staff, the receptionists at the front desk and the Director, are extremely kind and warm. A pleasure. Without a doubt we would return to the Sant Jaume.

Mallorca is a great, relaxing island and Sant Jaume Hotel was an excellent location for our stay. The staff was outstanding: they helped us with recommendations and reservations as needed. We were able to purchase tickets for tours and events at the front desk and they helped us with planning, directions and other information. (We speak minimal Spanish. Their English is excellent and we had no language issues).

We spent our 25th wedding anniversary at Sant Jaume. It was a wonderful experience, nice and helpful staff, good rooms and a good breakfast in a perfect location. We will visit again:-)

The welcome from Gala and all of the front desk staff is worthy of a 5 star rating. They really went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible - including restaurant recommendations which were all fantastic. The hotel is lovely, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast service is delicious (the staff serving breakfast also deserve a special mention). Also, the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the old city of Palma - only minutes walk from all of the sights but in a very quiet location.
