Lovely little hotel at the quieter end of the old town and away from the crowds. The room was small as expected but perfectly designed, clean, modern and just right as a base for shopping and sightseeing. Good value breakfast and friendly staff - this hotel gets full marks.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Location is in a quiet and safe area away from the busy shopping streets of Palma and yet everything is walkable from the hotel. The room is quite small but it has all the basic amenities and is sufficient if you are staying for a night to a few nights and spending most of the day outside. Front desk service was friendly and quick and they conveniently helped me pay the car parking fee and provided a QR code for exiting the garage — helpful especially if you have to hastily leave for the airport without wasting time on figuring things out. Highly recommend for value, location, and service.

La habitación muy cómoda, pero para tres adultos, se queda pequeña. Además, la cama supletoria deja mucho que desear. Muy pequeña y, el colchón incómodo. Para dos personas, es ideal, pero no para tres. Por todo lo demás, la estancia fue muy buena. La ubicación perfecta, en el centro de Palma y el personal muy amable.

The hotel is in a quiet residential area, walkable distance to the Palma city center and lots of restaurants bars as well as shops. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The staff is fluent in both Spanish and English. We were visiting from NYC, and had rented a car which would require parking. The hotel is in the old town area where non residential cars were restricted, and when asked the hotel staff gave me a very detailed explanation of where to park my car and they helped me obtain a temporary pass as well as discounted parking rates.

What a gem of a hotel. To start with, everyone who works there is so kind, from the front desk staff to those who work the bar/restaurant/breakfast area. The location is perfect, on a quiet street on the edge of Palma's historic center. The room was great too, the bed was soooo comfortable and the shower was one of the best I've had at a Spanish hotel. While there is not parking at the hotel, there are parkings just a short walk away, making this a wonderful choice to explore Palma and the entire island. I'd stay again and will recommend to anyone!

Hotel très chic, avec une chambre catégorie Deluxe parfaitement équipée et soignée . L'emplacement est idéal : rue calme, 15mn à pied de la gare routière pour prendre les cars de la TIB très bien organisés, 15 mn de la mer, et 15 mn du centre ville historique. Personnel très accueillant, mention pour la charmante dame au petit-déj qui prépare les omelettes et oeufs brouillés à la demande, d'une grande gentilesse. Accueil très cordial, attentionné, et service parfait, mais en espagnol ou anglais uniquement, quasiment pas de français. Service taxi pour aéroport parfait et précis. Literie également très bonne, ce qui reste un élément important pour 6 nuits passés. Juste un détail, message pour la Direction : 6 nuits pour 1260 euros, dommage de se voir réclamer 5 euros pour 2 bouteilles d'eau de 50cl. Dans la chambre Deluxe il y a un plateau de courtoisie pour l'accueil du client chaque jour, qui comprend une bouteille d'eau, donc chaque jour cette bouteille est livrée sans payer, mais pour 6 nuits, la bouteille n'est jamais renouvelée chaque matin avec le linge..dommage..un petit détail à régler pour être cohérent avec lq qualité du reste ! nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la terrasse...y penser donc !
