Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel hôtel . La décoration est moderne les chambres sont confortables . Le buffet est assez varié avec des thèmes le soir . Tout le monde trouve son bonheur ! Les animations sont top en journée et on ne nous force pas la main . Le soir les animations sont de qualité . Tout le monde est au petit soin . Notre ado a apprécié la salle de jeux videos et l’irish bar de l’hôtel avec le billard et la possibilité de voir les matchs . Le all inclusive est top avec le snack à côté de la piscine c’est très pratique . Deux piscines une avec toboggans et jeux pour enfants et l’autre de l’autre côté plus grande plus au calme . Complexe propre car le personnel se donne à fond . L’hôtel est bien situé, bien desservi. Le personnel de l’hôtel parle Français c’est très appréciable . Il y a que deux chaînes Françaises en revanche à la tv (et pas intéressantes) contre un florilège de chaînes anglaises et allemandes mais comme on ne vient pas pour regarder la tv ça passe… Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

L’hôtel est magnifique un peu vieillissant quand même. Les chambres sont un peu bruyante car beaucoups d’enfants crient et courent dans les couloirs, également bruyant dans le restaurant. Je ne recommande pas cette établissement pour un couple Si non l’hôtel est bien placé, le personnel est merveilleux. Et c’est un établissement entièrement pour personnes à mobilité réduite.

Ottima struttura, la qualità del cibo è ottima e il personale sempre molto disponibile. Unica pecca, i teli mare sono a pagamento, una struttura del genere dovrebbe fornirli gratis.

Hotel muito bom em Palmanova com boa localização e perto de Magaluf onde tem bares/discotecas. Comida muito variada. Gianfranco uma pessoa muito amável foi um bom anfitrião! Até uma próxima! Very good Hotel with good location close to Magaluf where you can find bar's and club's. The food is good and with variety. Gianfranco that works in is a very good host. See you Next time!

Had a lovely stay here with my cousin her husband and mum.The weather was not great but the hotel was brilliant the staff did everything to make the break as best as could be with the weather.Food was good being as all inclusive and can be bit hit and miss with this but they did good.My cousin mum has onset dementia hence why we wanted to go away with her and staff were very good helping with this especially the bar staff at snack bar around the pool.They spoilt her made her feel comfortable even getting her a blanket when the weather got bit cold so she could enjoy the bar and pool area.
