"Everyone very friendly and welcoming. Reception staff were lovely, I'm a vegetarian but most of the time I found plenty to eat. For meat and fish eaters plenty of fresh pieces cooked. Loved the pool, it was hot weather, so getting in the pool was heaven. The loud music was amazing, watching the children playing together and taking part in the activities was lovely. The energy of one of the ladies there , Sally I think, was amazing. Loved the hotel, the pool, pool bar staff and the reception staff, all were lovely. Highly recommended"

"Excellent location. Twin room was very clean, good size, comfortable beds and great bathroom. Water in fridge on arrival was a very nice touch! Pool was good size and you can hang around on sun loungers all day or walk two minutes and spend day at beach. Short stay with late flight for return and was able to use shower room and luggage storage which was appreciated. Palmanova great. Lots of boutiques for shopping and bars and restaurants. Castaway, Banana Joes and Reflex did great food all day. Easy transport into Magaluf and Palma too. Tracey on reception was great. Recommended apartments."

"In this season, it is relatively deserted and the hotel is a bit old. There are only a few parking spaces at the back and there is no charge. The room was very old and the water in the bathroom was blocked and blocked, causing a lot of water to flow into the room. Water leaked from the shower head, and the breakfast was average. But the location is very good. There is a beach just outside the hotel and you can watch the sunrise. This is also considered a small city. It's okay to go to the city, almost 20 minutes. The hotel lobby is quite beautiful, with a transparent swimming pool above it. The water was too cold and I didn’t get into it."

"Wow Wow Wow is the only thought that comes to mind. This hotel was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our final days of summer! Everything about it was amazing but to pin point one area with extra high standing in our eyes after this trip is still the easiest thing ever. It was of course the animators/guides/entertainers!! We were extremely lucky to visit on the days when Jessica and Naiara were at our hotel, they are without a doubt the loveliest, most energetic and most helpful people I’ve ever met! Everything from the pool stretching and other day activities to the shows and pre shows at night with quizzing and engagement like I’ve never seen before! Even though they showed such professionalism we were able to create a great bond with them and they made the evening events in particular the best part of each day. Of course I can’t take the shows away from the excellent performers that gave us shows with lovely voices and mic control day after day. I think it’s safe to say that this trip is one to remember and that we really must thank Jessica and Naiara a little extra for leveling up this experience to something we never knew we wanted!! ❤️ Love from Sweden! "Hotel its self is ok , only one lift working and 7 floors and only allows three people in so my elderly mother had to wait a long time to be able to get around hotel . I’ve never known such miserable staff, they don’t talk or smile . Food is ok but not great , pool is small and not very clean . I can honestly say this is no where near a 4 star hotel !! . No adult entertainment only good thing was location to the beach . Will not be returning"

"We as a family have stayed in many hotels to the north and East of the island of Mallorca, this year we stayed in the south at the Globales Mimosa for ten days in August. There are good and bad points to make others aware if you are thinking of staying at this hotel that align with other posts. I'll start with the bad points; - A standard requirement for a 4 star hotel is Air Conditioning, unfortunately the rooms we stayed in (we had 2 rooms on the 4th floor) were not equipped with sufficient AC, more like an in-sufficient fan blowing warm air. We asked 3 times for this to be fixed and had a technician attempt to fix it but he said it was the best we were getting. We asked reception for a fan and they gave us one but at a cost to us... Due to the lack of AC the least the hotel could have done in the form of compensating for no AC is not let us pay?. Maybe the Quality control Manager can either get the AC fixed or supply fans free of charge which would be better customer service. - We found the Bar and reception staff generally moody (2 members of staff were pleasant and friendly), many eyes were rolled or shrugging of shoulders with simple requests. Disappointing for a "4 star" hotel. - We try and speak Spanish when we travel to Spain or the Spanish islands and attempt to build relationships with staff but unfortunately this time at this hotel we were made fun of and so gave them the same respect and just spoke English to them with no manors. - General Atmosphere was ok but talking with other people and hearing their unfortunate experiences cast a dark cloud over this hotel during a sunny and hot August. - We had 2 rooms with 3 people in each. In our opinion the rooms are not spacious for 3 people! Ok / Good Points; - Location for us was fine, a short walk to local amenities and the beach. - The cleanliness was ok in the hotel.....but please check the storage where the glasses are kept in the dining area......we spotted ants (lots of them) a number of times? - We found the Entertainment staff were friendly. Entertainment was ok, a short walk from the hotel and you are on the front promenade with other entertainment. - The pool area is good and enjoyed the watersports, pool competitions and daytime snack area. So unfortunately this hotel does not come close to other hotels we have stayed in as a family on Mallorca. I appreciate you cannot please everyone but fixing the Air Conditioning and some staff training with customer service could help this hotel to not have so many similar poor reviews.
