"We had a fantastic holiday. The hotel facilities are great and the staff are ALL so accommodating and just want you to enjoy yourselves. I asked for a room with easy access to the restaurants due to my wife’s mobility beforehand and they put us in a lovely room not too far with easy access to a lift which was much appreciated. Food was lovely and access to all restaurants was easy. Would definitely return for a third time 👍"

"The room facilities were old and outdated; they didn't even provide tissues or face towels. The first night was incredibly noisy, with the sound of the toilet draining and the balcony overlooking a truck unloading area. When I tried to change rooms, they refused, saying there was a power outage and a generator truck had been brought in, promising no noise the second night. The second night was slightly better, mainly because the generator truck noise was gone. The good thing was that the breakfast selection was quite good, and there was a supermarket across the street from the hotel."

"Lovely family holiday - thank you Stayed here 6-13th, arrived around 3.35pm. Welcome was friendly, checked in straight away, we stayed in a Magnus room on ground floor over looking the pool was perfect for a pram & family hot tub on balcony was an added touch, plus fridge, kettle, coffee machine! Spacious room! Positives : Hotel had eveything you needed. Staff were great, they would go extra mile if you needed help. (Reception lady helped us get tape / superglue to fix daughters toy) Pedro on the entrance to the restaurant went to find sweets for my son as they weren’t on in the restaurant one day Amarmdo in the snack bar man was friendly Claudia animation staff lady amazing/ never still! Great size pool & slides too Location - 10 minutes to beach & lidl, taxi to magaluf €8-10 took 10 minutes Food & choice if drink good. Late check out €60 till 6pm if availability Towel hire by pool €10 per towel with 3 changes per week Negatives: (No negatives as such just little tweaks) Pool never opened until 10am - 9am would be good Plastic cups & no branded alcohol No gate on balcony for children if pool view ground floor"

Plenty of Sunbeds round the pool so no need to set alarm to get a spot. Would have preferred a wider selection of Spanish beers (only san Miguel on draft & Gluten Free Mahou. I had a pool room view although if I stay here again due to the noise from neighbouring Hotel I probably wouldn’t next time. The 3 Entertainers were cool and great keeping small children occupied"

"An honest review… Rooms..very clean and modern and we were fortunate to receive a room facing the pool and the sea to the side. Also cleaned daily with fresh towels. However not very sound proof could heard next doors tele. Food.. always something but can become samey and repetitive but I feel this is normal for most all inclusive. We did eat out a number of evenings but this is because we know the area and there are some really nice bars and restaurants locally. Drinks.. basic the beer is Mahou cocktails nothing to get excited about unless you pay extra but all the same are nice when you’re by the pool. Pool area.. clean and tidy could do with a little more entertainment but they get a big carpet out to run along which the kids here seem to enjoy. There’s no music which I did miss. Staff.. friendly enough had no problems there. Safes.. where about 6€ a night with a 10€ deposit. Lifts.. very small with a buzzer that goes if it’s too heavy and there’s only 2 of them so can be a bit of wait for one.. all in all an enjoyable stay but I would say more for families."

"Hotel is in a great location near the beach and shops and bars .the Rooms are basic the bathrooms could have had better storage facilities. Shower and hand soap despencer were half empty when I got there we had to ask for Toilet paper and towels too the balcony was not cleaned as dirt was still there after a week .the pool was basic people who had red bands were taking advantage of the drinks and drunk in the pool being loud and drinking in the pool this should not be allowed health and safety etc .Restaurant was well organised staff were kind and smiling all the time Food was good. The Manager was helpful too as he helped me with my drink .overall I would like to return and hopefully things get better with the house keeping and the pool area .."

"Location - perfect as less than 2 minute walk to the beach and right by pubs, shops, restaurants. Atmosphere - really good entertainment in two sections. Families tend to stay outside entertainment by Sol2 and couples tend to watch indoor entertainment in Sol1. Something for everyone. Rooms- clean and tidy. We found bed comfy despite other people's complaints. There is a TV, a free safe deposit box and plenty of room for somewhere to put your head at night. Food- something for everyone and what you would expect from an all inclusive. Every serving offered a huge selection of salads, vegetable dishes, different meats and fish, pasta dishes, cold meats and cheeses, breads as well as catering for the fussy eaters of chips, burgers, pizza. Breakfast is a great selection of hot and cold also offering gluten free bread and croissants. People who complain about the food need to realise this is not 5 star. Snack bar was basic with burgers, hot dogs, chips, pizza, ice cream. We only used this once or twice as liked the restaurant at lunch times. The ice-cream machine was perfect for making Bailey's milkshakes Drink- local alcohol was fine. Token system worked ok but we brought our Stanley cups for refilling soft drinks by the pool which avoided spills and kept them cold for longer. Staff work so hard constantly cleaning. My only bugbear is how inconsiderate some people are when finishing their meals leaving the table in an absolute state. It takes 20 seconds to pile your dishes to the side of the table instead of being rude and treating the staff like servants. Jesica Martyn the waitress was wonderful and was always smiling and chatty and would have a joke with us at mealtimes."

"Stayed for 5 nights at Naika Apartments one bedroom. Basic but spotlessly clean with good kitchenette, kettle toaster fridge and microwave. Fabulous shower hot and good pressure. Maid visited every 2 days with fresh towels. We had no Apt. 4 as requested with delightful outside patio and seating. Wifi worked well in and outside apartment. Greeting at parent Gabarda hotel was friendly and very helpful, staff were all very nice and a credit to the complex. bar, hot food and small pool available to us. Location was superb, 5 minutes to town and seafront. Would highly recommend as a great base to enjoy a short break in Mallorca."

"If your looking for a family hotel , look no further than this great hotel. Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy throughout the day. Spacious rooms , big beds and kept tip top by the cleaning team. Excellent choice of food in the main restaurant and there are further four different styled ones you can visit once each, book the day before. Go all inclusive, worth it . Its only a short walk to the beach , takes no time at all. We visited the cathedral in Palma , approx €25 in a taxi and had tapas in one of the picturesque squares, well worth a visit."

"Visited in May for few nights away with friends, lovely hotel and rooms, however the air con did not work, the lifts need sorting out it takes ages getting to the floor you need to be on. Be aware all inclusive drinks do not include ice cream and lollies, and a few alcoholic drinks which you have to pay for and faff about going to reception to pay. Food fair choice in restaurant plenty of choice of salad fresh fruit and cakes Tv does not work and that was in a few of the rooms, for all inclusive for 4 star should have have better choice of hot meals, Don’t provide towels, the pool area is nice minimal food at lunch"

"Fantastic, all around. We had previously stopped here September’25 for the first time. Wanted to compare the two dates for best options on future visits. It’s ideally located and should cover everyone’s needs. We stopped in a lovely apartment overlooking the pool. There options for rooms for larger groups. All rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis when required. The staff have and are amazing, nothing is ever too much. From reception when you arrive, housekeeping, restraunt/bar and poolside. They are all so friendly and helpful. The complex is spotless, the poolside is well stocked with sun loungers and umbrellas. Food and drinks are available and great quality, good value, from burgers, wraps, sandwiches and salads. The beachfront is only three minutes walk around the corner. Location is very lively, but quieter parts are available as you walk around the bays ( three smaller bays making up one larger bay) each bay have a mix of shops, restaurants and bars. You can literally walk out the hotel and keep on a main road and walk parallel to the seafront. You pass so many lovely restaurants it’s unbelievable. This road will take you to the resort of Magaluf, 25 minutes away. This is very lively and has undergone large investment. So don’t be put off by past reports. Back to the apartments, they have good sized rooms with air conditioning, double glazing doors to balcony, cuts out noise, good sized bathroom with showers. Also has in reception area, luggage room and shower room and toilets. So you can still checkout and relax if you have later flight times. Either long weekend or longer, this is the ideal location for all your needs. Supermarket 200 yards out from the front entrance, two minutes walk for your outside entertainment. Definitely try it, you will not be disappointed."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel itself was immaculate throughout, and the food was very good with plenty of choice. The reception team and all of the staff were absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to one of the ladies on reception. Unfortunately, my mother became unwell during our stay and needed to fly home early. I didn’t get her name, but she was incredibly helpful, supportive, and kept checking in on us to make sure everything was okay. Her kindness made a difficult situation much easier, and we were extremely grateful. She realised it was my father’s birthday the day they had to leave and she wished him a happy birthday as she helped us get my parents into the Taxi. The location is good although it is very close to Magaluf but only a short walk from the beautiful resort of Palma Nova, where you’ll find lovely restaurants, shops, and a fantastic beach. The only downside for us was that the hotel is quite close to the neighbouring hotel, which could be noisy at times. If you’re booking, I would recommend avoiding a pool-view room, as the noise from the bar and pool area in the evenings can be quite loud. For families with young children, the kids’ entertainment was lovely and seemed to be enjoyed by all the toddlers. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional staff, and we would happily return."
