"We arrived late at night on August 26, and the check-in process was quick. The receptionist provided only the essential information and nothing more. Compared to Greece, where the staff were much warmer and friendlier, the welcome felt rather impersonal. The room was quite dated, and the furniture was noticeably worn and damaged. The air conditioning worked well, and I especially appreciated having two room key cards. Unfortunately, the hotel was not quiet at night. We could hear everything through the walls and doors. The beach area with sunbeds was quite far from the hotel, and the walk back involved going uphill, which was not very comfortable in the heat. I often found it difficult to choose something to eat. Dinner mainly consisted of fish dishes, although the desserts and themed dinners, such as the Mexican night, were excellent. When we rented a car, we had trouble finding a place to park because the hotel does not have its own parking lot. However, I have absolutely no complaints about the pool entertainment program. The activities were fun and very well organized. We needed a late check-out for two rooms, but the hotel was only able to accommodate one of them, which was also not very convenient. For a hotel of this standard, I would have expected more. As for housekeeping, the rooms were cleaned every day and the overall cleanliness was good. However, on several occasions we returned to the room around noon and it had still not been cleaned, even though the housekeeping sign had been displayed since 8:30 a.m. As a result, if we wanted to rest in the afternoon, we were out of luck because room cleaning continued until 3:00 p.m. If we wanted the room cleaned, we had to leave it during that time."

"In this season, it is relatively deserted and the hotel is a bit old. There are only a few parking spaces at the back and there is no charge. The room was very old and the water in the bathroom was blocked and blocked, causing a lot of water to flow into the room. Water leaked from the shower head, and the breakfast was average. But the location is very good. There is a beach just outside the hotel and you can watch the sunrise. This is also considered a small city. It's okay to go to the city, almost 20 minutes. The hotel lobby is quite beautiful, with a transparent swimming pool above it. The water was too cold and I didn’t get into it."

"Made me laugh have to pay 1 euro to have you towel to be clean that's the hotel towel 50euro for the safe .a plastic token for a drink if you lose it 1 euro all inclusive but the bar doesn't open until 6.30 fridge in the the room empty."

"The room facilities were old and outdated; they didn't even provide tissues or face towels. The first night was incredibly noisy, with the sound of the toilet draining and the balcony overlooking a truck unloading area. When I tried to change rooms, they refused, saying there was a power outage and a generator truck had been brought in, promising no noise the second night. The second night was slightly better, mainly because the generator truck noise was gone. The good thing was that the breakfast selection was quite good, and there was a supermarket across the street from the hotel."

"When we first arrived to the hotel me and my husband thought it was spotless well maintained. Then on our 3rd day my husband noticed i had bites to my back and legs, we went down to reception the head of house keeping lady looked at my spots and told us we couldn't go back to our room, we had to move rooms, I got rather upset packing then unpacking, but she was so sincere and apologised deeply so we moved rooms. The food was very good but I wouldn't eat at the pool bar loads of ants walking on the pizza. We asked if we could keep the room on and didn't mind paying as our pick up was at 11.15pm, so we kept the room on till 6pm. it was 6.05pm the cleaning lady came through the apartment door. We left our apartment but didn't get to the reception until 6.10 we handed our key in Silvia ( the receptionist )said you should have been out of your room at 6pm, my husband commented we had been waiting for the lift . She wasn't happy. He commented about what i gone through with bites and moving rooms, and how other members of staff had treat us with respect with the upsetting issue we had with the bites, and having to move rooms Silvia was so disobliging and uncooperative she said take it up with Tui, my husband commented and said the bites had nothing to do with tui ,it was a globales problem. All the other members of staff was lovely always smiling and laughing with us, they work really hard in the restaurant."
