Went here with 25 friends, rooms are a little small, but quite modern, shower was huge, nice views from balcony, drinks available were quite good but expect to pay for premium brand drinks, food was particularly good varied and plenty of options each night, the hotel is spotless many thanks to the cleaners who cleaned many of our rooms on a daily basis, only negative I can think of was the animation team didn't really involve our crowd, which was strange as if I was looking for people to join in and take part in games etc I'd latch onto a big group and get them involved.

stayed here with 16 girls on a hen doo. Got to say it is one of the best all inclusive hotels i’ve been too. staff polite, entertainment good, drinks fab, food excellent. room clean and spacious and towels changed daily. i would recommend this hotel too anyone. caters for all ages. ideal for hen doo’s, couples, singles, families.

This is is a great hotel nice location. Rooms are good a bit small. We were on the second floor with a view of the fans and pipes from the kitchen and the smell of cooking every day was not pleasant we could also look onto the lower roof and see all the used vapes and discarded socks etc. The food was not great as it was lukewarm and repetitive. This was the start of the season and the staff were grumpy and unfriendly especially at the pool bar. The food here was unsafe as burgers were left out still a bit frozen to heat in the container when one of the cooks was approached about this he suggested he could heat it through on the grill. Never was a probe used and food was left unattended with a dove flying in and eating of a pizza that was waiting to go in to the oven This dove flew into the food area on a number of occasions. The bar staff at night were excellent. The entertainment was below par. The entertainment crew tried their best especially Matty. After speaking to a few other guests who said they will not be returning neither will we. Worst lifts of any hotel we have ever stayed at very small and slow inadequate for a hotel of this size.

El Hotel tiene buena ubicación y su servicio de restauración en el todo incluido es variado y de excelente calidad. Los alquileres lentos muy bien confeccionados y presentados con días de sugerencias me mexicanass, asiaticas, ect, hasta ofrecieron almejas, navajas y mejillones. Los desayunos variados y excelentes, también el bar de la piscina aunque creo cerrarlo a las 18,00 horas no es apropiado Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas hay algunos problemas que necesita solucionar: El servicio de limpieza en las Habitaciones es deficiente, en la bañera por ejemplo habían manchas que solo se eliminaron al 5to día de estancia, en otra ocasión dejaron los cojines son forros, el baño sin alfombra, la ropa de cama no se aprecia que se cambie y las camas no se estiran de forma conveniente. En el baño lo unico que ofertan es jabón por medio de dispensadores. El personal de recepción prácticamente la única información que brinda al llegar es el horario de cafeterías y restaurante, en las habitaciones no existe ningún tipo de información impresa sobre el hotel y su zona. En opiniones dadas por otros usuarios se comentan problemas con los ascensores, pero en realidad a pesar de estar el hotel casi completo, no vi una situación crítica

Bags stolen from luggage room on our departure day ! Staff could not care less about this and would not even call the police for us . They tell you to where to store your bags but they don’t inform you that they have to be put into lockers witch you have to pay for , almost feels like a set up . We rang a few days after to ask about the camera footage and the manager said on the cameras there isn’t anything out of the ordinary on the footage ? I’m not sure if hat kind of answer that is but it’s definitely an answer that tells me they couldn’t care less and were never planning on investing the situation so long story short don’t go here because your belongings are not safe if you read down to the other reviews you will see the same thing happened to lots of people so just sharing the experience hopefully it saves someone’s else going threw the same thing .

Estancia con Imserso 10 días fantásticos. El colchón muy malo, me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación. El personal de restauración totalmente serviciales, Extraordinarios Mariano y Mari Carmen y el Sr. Nigeriano de los huevos fritos y tortillas, de otros no tengo nombres, camarero grueso de las tardes noches total. Todo mi agradecimiento. Los ascensores se cierran las puertas MUY RÁPIDAS Y CON MUCHA FUERZA Gracias

Just back from a 4 night stay: Pros: Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Pool bar serving snacks and drinks for most of the day. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed as well. Hotel clean generally speaking. Rooms are a good size with plenty of storage and a nice balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view Cons : Not much variety of food in the restaurant particularly for the evening meal, drinks quality was poor and as there were only 5 free cocktails to choose from on the menu it meant if you wanted a pina colada or pornstar martini etc you were paying at least 6 euros 10, not good when it's All Inclusive, especially as it's shown as 4 star, really! no chance, 3 star at best. Lifts not very big and quite slow to arrive, we were on the 9th floor so we did need them No toiletries except for soap dispenser in the bathroom and no tea or coffee making facilities, very disappointed as it would have been nice to have a coffee early morning on the balcony before breakfast Overall we enjoyed our girlie break,the weather was lovely but to sum it up we definitely would not go back

Loved the interconnecting room, makes such a difference for a family of 5! All inclusive was poor, food always the same and who wants chips and pizza offered all day at the pool?! Toasties were out on occasion. Ice cream wasn’t part of snacks, drinks ok but limited to 2 at a time depending who you were and who served you. Rooms clean and towels changed regularly. Felt some staff a bit off at times Was a nice hotel and in good location We went out everyday but like having all inclusive as a back up but didn’t use it the way we usually do so would go self catering if returning. Pool cleared and closed for 6 which was a little early but other places are similar. Could usually get a sun bed but people did leave towels out a long time and not be there.

14 of us just arrived home for a friend's 40th the hotel is spotless, rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily,food is OK a bit repetitive but there's a wide selection and it's well presented ,theres also snack bar with pizza, burgers hot dogs chips etc staff are very helpful and the two girls who organise entertainment are amazing,the lifts are a bit slow at peak times but it wasn't an issue,entertainment could be a bit better maybe a live band ,all in all I would return as its well worth what we paid.room 432
