Hotel Son Caliu Spa Oasis

A fantastic hotel which was clean and offered much more than expected . Our room was very comfortable with a modern look and a large balcony . Great breakfast buffet options and everything was fresh . The spa and gym had everything I needed and unlike many hotels the gym equipment was well maintained - We also did the free yoga class every day . The outside area of the hotel and plenty of sun beds and space for everyone and the beach bar and restaurant area offered good quality drinks and snacks . The pool was clean and large enough for everyone to enjoy . The hotel offered entertainment every night which was great for us . Finally and most important the staff were very friendly and helpful . I couldn't fault anything about this hotel and will return .

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, quiet location, very peaceful setting and perfect for a relaxing break in the sun , the food is so delicious, the breakfast was fantastic with the gluten free options that were brought out to me, highly recommend this hotel , I shall definitely be back for another stay!

3rd time visiting this beautiful hotel . Everything about this hotel is amazing it is 5 star in every way. The staff are exemplary & cannot do enough to ensure your stay is what you dream your holiday to be. Looking again to visit later this summer

We were recommended this hotel by a friend . We were not disappointed . The levels of service here were superb . All staff from housekeeping to bar staff , reception etc were happy , smiling and just wanting to help their guests . The hotel was spotless in all areas . Cleaners were superb . All areas sparkled and our superior room was lovely . ( recommend at least a superior room ) The buffet breakfasts were first class as were the evening buffets . I recommend booking half board although there are lovely restaurants nearby .Other guests said they were great . We only tried one The Kabo beach . Was excellent .The Sea Bass was wonderful and huge! Evening entertainment every evening ranged from good to superb . Drinks were a little pricey but again bar staff were good and attentive . We will definatly return . A special mention to two staff who despite the great service from all frankly stood out . 1. Yaiza on the bar . The biggest smile in Majorca 2. The restaurants manager Raimondo . This man in our opinion is the best possible example of just what is this hotels secret . He is clearly a senior manager however he seems to be there most days , on the floor helping his staff , making sure his guests are ok and happy and maintaining his sky high standards . This guy works so hard !! We saw him in the pool bar , at Breakfast , during evening meals , constantly on the move , constantly inspecting , talking to staff , and not afraid to tell them when something isn’t exactly as it should be . An example of everything a great manager should be in my opinion . Thank you all for a wonderful holiday in an exceptional hotel .
