The key would not fit into our door - in need of repair. Parking situation was unclear. Local area knowledge off management non-existent.

What a great hotel in Palmerston Nth Pros Quite new very quiet and very comfortable, especially the apartment with the lounge kitchen etc. Cons Parking, need to book in advance as it’s limited and small but does get busy Thank you so much for a great stay I will definitely book again

Good: -nice dark quiet bedroom -comfy bed -well equipped kitchenette -nice big windows -free overnight parking on the street Bad: -house keeping did minimal work -had to empty vehicle of everything as had to park on the street as minimal car parks -big opening window but does not stay open, swings shut -house keeping left room unlocked (more than one occassion) -no vacuuming done -washing machine in room out of order but only told this after starting a cycle - I would stay again but only after checking other places were booked up first.

Appears to be old converted office suites. Bed mattress was similar to a pullout couch. No staff after 9PM with a lockout fee if you happen in o forget your key. Unfortunately, It was the last room in town so I paid a lot for crummy accommodations. Avoid if possible

Very poor room for the money. Terrible bed, not clean and no parking available so parked on the road outside the hotel. Very stained carpets poorly furnished and very tiny old tv. This was supposed to be a superior room for $230 per night but far from acceptable.

Great place for a two night stopover, especially as were having to re-route because of the cyclone on the east coast. Well located with everything walkable and the staff could not be more helpful in our predicament. Clean room, kitchenette, washer dryer too. Lovely

Friendly welcome, room was big, didn't like the choice of pillows - very flat. Bed was hard down the middle. No tissues or cloth to wipe bench, fridge was very noisy.

Avoid unless you enjoy sleeping in a room that smells of cooking oil and bedding with unidentified stains. Room was disgusting and l left after one night. Was forced to pay for the 4 nights. Check onerous cancellation policy. Was not disclosed when I made the reservation in person at the front desk. The videos of the rooms at reception are way out of date and do not represent the current condition of the rooms. Parking provided (at a fee) in the building basement is an obstacle course to access. Overall a total failure and rip off.
