Bed and Breakfast situato in centro a Palmi. Camere pulite, molto carine e confortevoli, con arredamento moderno e funzionale. Colazione self service molto ricca e variegata. Molto gentile e disponibile la titolare. Buona soluzione per un soggiorno a Palmi.

Da premettere che vengo a Palmi da 17 anni. Contatto la proprietaria molto gentile mi manda le foto e vedo che mi piace molto. Arrivo alla data stabilita e vedo che la colazione non è compresa e che le lenzuola e asciugamani prima mi ha detto che le metteva lei e poi viene fuori che me lo sta facendo per favore anzi mi dice che essendo che ho la lavatrice ci pensavo io. Comunque mi metto d'accordo e mi dice che la colazione la posso fare. Vado il primo giorno a fare la colazione e vedo che non c'è più niente quindi rinuncio anche nei giorni a seguire. In 8 giorni ho avuto le asciugamani cambiate n 3 volte le lenzuola ho usate le mie perché le ho consegnate sporche e non mi sono più state consegnate,ho chiamato che il forno non funzionava e mi è stato detto che ad agosto non hanno trovato nessuno e in più il terrazzo all'esterno molto trasandato e mal curato. Morale della favola 1200 euro buttati. Unica cosa positiva il posto molto centrale e l'aria condizionata in più ho dormito su un divano matrimoniale degli anni 80 con le molle che ti entravano nella schiena. Vacanza da dimenticare grazie al bb. Aria condizionata molto positiva. Questo è tutto.

Situation parfaite au cœur de Palmi et de la grand place
Appartement en rez-de-chaussée entier avec salle cuisine, terrasse extérieure et chambre.
Petit déjeuner (sucré) en buffet à volonté sur le rooftop du B&B.
Accueil souriant et arrangeant.

The check-in was non-existent, with the lady who opened the door for us remotely without a minimum of information. The parking, advertised on the site, is non-existent (furthermore the structure is in a cordoned off restricted traffic zone, so it would still be impossible to reach by car). Furthermore, the surroundings of the structure are not a very safe area, and we were the ones who paid the price first hand. The continental breakfast, advertised on the site complete with photos, is non-existent: coffee machine, two different types of Mulino Bianco snacks, some loose plums in the fridge and an open bottle of water (if the snacks are for Covid, why is there were plums and open water? Nothing to drink for breakfast? The garden, sponsored on the site, is non-existent: and I challenge it, given that the structure is located in an old building in the center. You cannot advertise services, which become the discriminating factor for booking, and then find yourself faced with something completely different. There are no words to describe the discomfort we suffered in this facility. As if that wasn't enough, at such a high price that it's impossible to evaluate the quality/price ratio, given that there wasn't any quality, while the price certainly was! Totally not recommended.
