Pour un hotel 4 etoiles, on s attend a etre mieux accueillie ! Jamais personne a l accueil, que des receptionnistes que l'on apercoit derriere des vitres de bureaux... Pour la restauration, alors qu il faisait tres froid ( du 22 au 26 avril 2024 ), obligation de sortir dehors matin et soir pour se servir ! Il y a de tres belles salles de restaurants pourtant ! C est dommage car cet etablissement possede un magnifique cadre avec piscine, belles chambres, et acces a la mer en traversant la route. La proximite des golfes est un atout egalement. J espere qu on tiendra compte de mes propos pour ameliorer la qualite de vos prestations. Monique Durand

Arrivée pas de chauffage en mars Nous ont mis une couverture sur le lit et chauffage d’appoint Super pour un 5 étoiles Et à 21h panne de courant dans la chambre Nous ont proposé d’annuler la réservation et partir, super à 21h30 de rechercher un autre hôtel Plainte également de nos voisins de chambre et la réceptionniste nous ment en nous disant qu’ils n’avaient pas d’autres plaintes A fuir

Bonito hotel en general pero bastante deficiente en las instalaciones. Zona de peluqueria y masaje muy lamentable. Caia agua del techo, olor a humedad...
Precios muy altos para el poco nivel del servicio.

Bel établissement mais un peu vieillissant. Parfait pour des personnes qui viennent pour le golf ce qui n’était pas notre cas. Les extérieurs de l’hôtel sont très beau avec une belle piscine. Accès à la plage. Buffet correct mais sans plus mais personnel très sympathique. Chambre spacieuse donnant sur le jardin. A cet époque peu de monde. Salle de sport bien équipée et possibilité de réserver des massages. Parking gratuit

Hôtel très bien tenu, personnel très sympathique et efficace. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : la cuisine de très bonne qualité, variée et raffinée. Le service des messieurs le matin et le soir au bar et en salle. Ils sont très efficaces, discrets, aimables et disponibles. L’environnement est très plaisant avec la piscine, la mer à deux pas et aussi et surtout le golf de Pals à pied. Un très gros atout.

magnifique piscine ouverte de 11h à 19h, petit déjeuné correct sans plus. Repas du soir en demi pension payé d'avance 38 € je crois, une catastrophe! Plats infectes jamais de légumes, du poisson avec du jus de viande et inversement, les plats commandés sont toujours modifiés; exemple de plat incompréhensible, la crème brulée, en fait une grosse boule de Chantilly revisitée. très mauvaise qualité des produits servis et très mal cuisinés, ce n'est même pas du niveau d'une cantine scolaire. pourtant le personnel est plein d'attention. je ne comprends pas la gestion de cet hôtel un 4 étoiles qui avec sa cuisine descend à 2 étoiles maximum, quand aux commentaires complaisants!!!!!

Ich hatte während meines Aufenthaltes zunächst eine 5 Sterne Bewertung geschrieben. Muss diese bedauerlicherweise heute ändern. Die Anlage ist bezüglich Architektur, Garten und Pool-Anlage ausgezeichnet. Housekeeping und Reinlichkeit perfekt. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer, das großzügig bemessen und gut ausgestattet war. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe schöner Strãnde. Soweit 5 Sterne. Die Abstriche sind für die Halbpension. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung. Das Abendessen von gut bis schlecht. Der Service der in den ersten Tagen Top war wechselte bedingt durch einen Schichtwechsel zu miserabel. Das ist bedauerlich da das Potential gut ist. Unser Resume: Tolles Hotel, gerne wieder jedoch ohne Halbpension

Grand complexe propre mais un peu vieillissant mais très bel environnement avec une immense piscine Buffet du samedi soir peu attrayant à part des 1/2 langoustes qui malheureusement manquaient de cuisson (dommage) et des desserts ( pâtisseries décongelées) le tout à 38€ Heureusement le restaurant a la carte des jours suivants était correct Excellent petit déjeuner A signaler le serveur des plats chauds qui ne sait pas dire « bonjour » Chambre avec balcon correcte a part que pour un 4*il manque les peignoirs, Chaussons et plateau de courtoisie Le rapport qualité /prix n’y est pas a mon goût On rejoint le golf à pied ou en voiturette si on le demande
