""I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I am baffled by how they managed to secure a 4-star rating. The rooms seem untouched since the 90s, the cleaning service is subpar, and the staff's behavior is highly questionable. The food quality and service are disappointing for a supposed 4-star establishment. If I ever return to Costa Brava, it will only be for a brief visit, as this hotel lacks the charm and hospitality that would make me want to stay longer. "The apartment is located in Platja de Pals, near the town called Pals in the Costa Brava, in Girona Province, in the North of Catalonia. The rate quality/price is very good. Full apartment for 5 persons, which was big with 2 rooms, 1 eating-room, a little kitchen and a bathroom. The apparent has all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. A place very nice with very beautiful views at the back. Also, there is a good bar next to the aparthotel. On the other hand, the toilet lost water and the staff could not repair it."
