For a 4-star hotel, we expect to be better received! Never anyone at reception, only receptionists who can be seen behind office windows... For catering, while it was very cold (from April 22 to 26, 2024), you had to go outside morning and evening to help yourself. ! There are some very nice restaurant rooms though! It's a shame because this establishment has a magnificent setting with swimming pool, beautiful rooms, and access to the sea by crossing the road. The proximity of the gulfs is also an asset. I hope that my comments will be taken into account to improve the quality of your services. Monique Durand

magnificent swimming pool open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., decent breakfast, nothing more. Evening meal with half board paid in advance €38 I think, a disaster! Terrible dishes, never vegetables, fish with meat juice and vice versa, the dishes ordered are always modified; example of an incomprehensible dish, crème brulée, in fact a big ball of Chantilly revisited. very poor quality of products served and very poorly cooked, it is not even at the level of a school canteen. yet the staff is full of attention. I initially wrote a 5 star review during my stay. Unfortunately, I have to change this today. The complex is excellent in terms of architecture, garden and pool area. Housekeeping and cleanliness were perfect. We had a standard room that was spacious and well equipped. The hotel is close to beautiful beaches. So far, 5 stars. The drawbacks are for the half board. The breakfast buffet is OK. The evening meal ranged from good to bad. The service, which was top notch in the first few days, changed to miserable due to a shift change. That's unfortunate because the potential is good. Our summary: Great hotel, would happily go back but without half board
