아주 편리한위치, 바로 옆에 있는 데베라 호텔이나 클락 임페리얼호텔과 비슷한 수준의 객실이고 운이 좋을땐 무료로 룸을 업그레이드 해주기도함.항상 방문하는곳이며 다음 여행시에도 또 방문할것임.

Dinner service and server in general came back at least 3 times because of confusion regarding tip and price of the meals. Bath was slightly slippery and had no heater

The place was conveniently located near SM. Staff was friendly. They gave us a free room upgrade too. Will come back again to stay.

Cleanliness can be improved, there's a smell, probably from the detergent used to wash bedsheets?
Standard hotel items are provided, toothbrush and toothpaste, body soap and shampoo, but there is a big problem, the shampoo has no way to be opened other than using a scissors or any sharp tools.
Rained heavily and water was splattering on the air con unit causing a large knocking sound, woke up to it around 1am and couldn't sleep afterwards, went and feedback to hotel staff, no questions were asked immediately got changed to an upgraded room
But all and all, it's a budget hotel, so you get what you paid for, so overall it's still satisfactory

The Wi-Fi was broken and unusable, the shower had no hot water, weak water pressure, and a clogged drain that wouldn't flush.
Even when I told the front desk, nothing was improved, and although I booked for 5 nights, I reached my limit after 2 nights and moved to another hotel.
These hotels are stayed by Filipinos, so it's apparently not a problem if the shower doesn't have hot water. Apparently Filipinos take cold showers.
Trip.com will lose credibility if they recommend hotels like this.
