Il punto forte di questo albergo sono la posizione (a 5minuti a piedi dall’ingresso del sito), il rapporto qualità/prezzo (le camere sono in linea col livello della struttura) e la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale. Siamo arrivati la mattina verso le 6 con autobus notturno, ci hanno aperto e visto che la camera era disponibile ce l’hanno subito lasciata per riposare. Al mattino dopo ripartivamo presto e ci hanno fatto colazione al sacco. Consigliato

Restaurant food is great, lovely breakfast and lunch with good Turkish coffee served with Turkish delight. Service is also friendly and efficient. Has a great central location and a lovely view of the travertines. Nice terrace too. Highly reccomend.

The location couldn't be better, the place is right next to Pamukkale and hierapolis. Staff are super friendly too. Anything I asked for was sorted out super quickly and the food was not bad either. Can't find anything to complain about so 5 stars

The restaurant is awesome. We found the restaurant by accident and the food service and the price for all excellent. Cindy couldn’t have been more helpful and we wish we had more time to go back there another night and enjoy his service and great food.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Şu anki Türkmen kiracısı 5 yıllık kontratının 3. yılında. Muhtemelen hiç bir tadilat yapmadan travertenlere en yakın lokasyonlardan birine sahip olmanın gevşekliğinden mütevellit mekan ile hiç ilgilenmeden aklınca esnaflık yapmaya çalışıyor. Biz 304 nolu odada kaldık ve resmen pislik içindeydi. 50 TL fazla verin adam gibi bir yerde kalın. Hatta malum yerin önünden bile geçmeyin. Bizi 1 gece konaklama ile Pamukkale'den soğuttular...

This is one of the best small hotels I've ever been into. The hotel is located literally at the entrance of the Pamukkale Travertines. Rooms are clean and cozy, air conditioning works fine. The service is amazing. Hotel staff is friendly and polite, they answer all the questions and provide you with excellent tour advices. The awesome balloon tour is available at the helpdesk at a reasonable price. The restaurant is good: cozy terrace, balanced breakfast, unlimited çay. Nargile is available. Wifi worked a bit randomly, but it worked. The quality to price ratio of this hotel is excellent. Definitely recommend.

Good stay, excellent location just a block away from the entrance to the travertines and near the dolmus stop for buses from Denizli. Nice terrace to sit on. Helpful staff. Rooms are a little faded round the edges but for the price this hotel is good value.
