Checked in very early and we were told we would have fans for each of the 3 rooms we booked. Only one room was ready, which was fine, and we stored our luggage there. Once we came back from a long day of visiting the area we did not have the fans as promised. We asked and they said “oh we gave them all out”. After sharing our displeasure we then saw the lady at the front office walk out with a fan and give it to a man. Not sure who this was but it did seem suspect as we just expressed how upset we were. We would not stay here again due to this lack of hospitality and catering to the customer.

Good hotel. The rooms are clean, but they did not give us a fan when the person who rented us the room told us that they were going to give us one. They shouldn't lie to customers. The hotel is not bad, it's just that the receptionists don't do what they tell you.
