Surya Kiran Heritage Hotel

Interiors of this property are very picturesque. Service was amazing had a very good experience. Food was good. Vintage vibes of the hotel were very good. Centralized location in the heart of Panjim. All the attractions are within walking distance.

The stay was amazing. It had great rooms. The rooms were clean spacious. Staffs were extremely cordial and helpful. They took care of all the needs we needed. The food served were also great. Its a great hotel to stay with family and friends..

The staff, Suresh Babu was a great help for us. He cared us and adviced us. The room was big and clean as they appeaRed in the page The patio restaurant is a bonus ..with all plants and the food was very good and a rewarding at night The pool though small accomplish its objetive, refreshing and pleasant. Outstanding hotel, full of personality. Rooms are big and comfortable, and common area is amazing. The staff made sure I had everything I needed, and they all stayed up to greet me when my flight was delayed until 12:30 AM. Highly recommended!

Located at a prime spot and has good ambience and peaceful evironment. Food quality is good but indian choice of dishes limited amenities are good enough for a pleasant stay. Services are prompt, staffs are helpful l and cooperative. Overall we enjoyed the stay all *****.

We stayed at surya kiran heritage hotel for two days. First off the location - the location is at a perfect place with all places of panjim accessible. It is near the main road but yet away from all the noise and din. Property - the property is a 110 old bunglow. It is aesthetically decorated with antique pieces placed all around the corners. The veran*** at the centre of the bunglow was decorated beautifully with plants and a small water outlet with fishes. Just makes you happy. Rooms: the rooms are large with a large box bed just like olden days. The rooms are clean with all amenities. Well maintained. The standard room where we stayed had access to the outer balcony where we could sit and have breakfast. Bathrooms: the bathrooms are huge and clean. The fittings are all modern with ample water supply. Breakfast : the breakfast is a simple affair. There is no buffet, one has to order. The poha and the team served were delicious. The property is well maintained and absolutely clean. It was a wonderful stay.

When we arrived at Surya Kiran which is quite centrally located in Panjim near cam-pal we had a pleasant experience checking in. Our room was spacious, warm and was clean (except for the cockroach spotted by my husband. What was unexpected was that the property is under maintenance and there is construction work going on. They have a dugout. Most of the garden and are digging to put in a swimming pool. The remaining plants and their pots looked unkempt and untidy although i did spot the maali (gardener) coming in the morning and snipping off some healthy leaves. About the heritage look: the central hallway has ***y paintings (some showing rajasthan figures) put about with disparate themes, some black and white old goan frame. Photos and rooms have antique looking furniture and paintings of vasco da gama, a tower etc. If that qualifies as heritage then perhaps. There is an activity room with an out of tune guitar, some books a carrom board and tv. Didnt find it too interesting. The shower system is a bit confusing to operate with multiple knobs. Rather modern. Rooms have a sitout. While sitting out for a tea, it started raining and a rat scurried by. I guess i should not have been surprised considering the state of the garden and all the construction work. Breakfast was good. Had watermelon juice and puribhajia. We didnt try anything from their heritage bistro. Bhagwan mahavira garden is just opposite the road. Worth a morning walk.
