My checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

Looking forward anyway meet you again next time in future at resort for next vacay Special thanks for mentioning as highlight Mrs Tamara,Delana,Nitika,noella and Dattaguru your spcl arrangements the way u guys made it for us at lounge and all complimentary eatables and rest of stuff It was actually felt as if this guys are like our own family that type of treatment and serving service Have already made up my mind and fixed my stand to come to your resort for our next and future happening bookings be it of any my family event or function Especially your resort has all that taste and plus points ambience and ***y other purpose and motives for unlimited bookings and visit for stay Also especially the way u planned to help us for our visit at temples car rental booking and rest of arrangements u just simply nailed it like a very friendly type of experience and in our overall stay u treated and served us like our family behave

This resort was absolutely beautiful and welcoming! Room was attractive and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Food is good. We were also able to hire a wonderful driver Alvaro to take is around. This hotel is in North Goa which is more of an active/party environment though just a side note. Overall a very pleasant experience!
