In room dining took very length time than promised. And while items were not delivered in one go .. they took more than 30 minutes to deliver missing items

Amazing hotel. Great staff.
Harsha at front desk was just superb.
Also the staff at breakfast buffet were splendid and served with a smile. And they are packed from 7am onwards
Want to mention Dilip and Darshan for their exquisite service.
The pool was rooftop and even though it got hot the pool itself was very relaxing.

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and casinos.
Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym.
Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

Nice location. Close to casinos if you are planning on going
Hotel is a bit old but well kept. Can take it to a higher level with better room maintenance

We were a group of 5 occupying 3 rooms. The check in was smooth despite a queue. Ms Honey was efficient. The room was a good size- with a good view. Toilets need an upgrade with the water in the shower area leaking all over. The toiletries are very average. Light switches were designed by Mr Edison- so are rather hard to find. Average breakfast- not 5 star Quality.Ms Ancy & Mr Rupesh were very efficient. Check out was smooth. More of a business hotel . Efficient and good staff..

It was an amazing experience to stay in Vivanta Goa, Panaji, Goa, India. Hotel was really clean, food was amazing, Hotel staff was very professional and courteous. I would love to stay there again.

What a well managed hotel - probably the BeST managed in terms of adherence to customer satisfaction - the staff is exemplary- 10/10 despite the shortcomings of the physical space they make up for it with their spirit and empathy to the needs of the guest - leaving no stoned unturned to make the guest comfortable. The hotel has no view but that is not promised in the website either - it’s the location that we needed and hence booked for a training we were travelling for 5 mins away for football. The hotel is very well situated for people needing to be in the heart of Panjim. The first night wasn’t the best and when escalated, I am amazed about how out of the way everyone went to make sure my needs were met - very very impressive - I have stayed in the best hotels worldwide but Vivanta Panjim’s staff hospitality is unmatched. Thank you Shree, The duty manager, accommodation manager, the chefs (food is outstanding) and especially Ms Anita who heads the housekeeping - you all were outstanding. Definitely the Only hotel to stay if Panjim is where you need to be !
