This place is strictly for those who enjoy an heritage place and set up. It is a good one day stay to see fountiannas, a cruise drive on ***dovi river and urban experience of goa. What turned me off is the bad, nasty smell during the night which i think is the sewage line that the local corporation opens up in the line which passes right next to this property. The stink is unbearable when u step out but ***ageable when in the room. Also the breakfast served is average. Not value for money

We booked 2 rooms for 5 days stay. Worst hotel ever experienced till date. Rooms were smelling dirty and ants moving everywhere including beds. The furniture was broken and never maintained. Door latches broken. Lobby passage smelling dirty. Breakfast was lousy. Will never stay in this hotel ever again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The old buildings have so much character, the rooms are comfortable, the location is convenien and the staff friendly and helpful.

First we didn't get the room that we booked for. At night 10 pm we are being told that we are getting upgrade. No proper lock to bathroom. Rooms were smelly. No proper air ventilation and to add in all these worst things found cockroach in egg omlette at breakfast.

Property is well located in panjim within a km of panjim jetty and church. Rooms are very small and outdated. Looks like some servant quarter
