My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is well kept and the staffs are really nice and welcoming, room service top tier, definitely will be booking back 🇯🇲

We had to make a quick stop in the city for some paperwork and did hotel offered a good price. We noticed that the hotel is very old and many things in the room were not working or closing properly. The TV didn’t work. We had 3 small kids so we were very stressed the whole time. I don’t recommend for families. The breakfast buffet was ok, it didn’t offer many options. The front desk was very kind and helpful though.

It’s a fair hotel..
Good location.., it’s next to the Megapolis mall (Hard Rock cafe - Panama).
Very good breakfast..!
There’s a big screen in front of the bar.., where you can watch games (NBA games).
The room is comfortable.
I’d stay again..!

Good service, good location, good breakfast and very good sushi in the restaurant....the rooms need a bit of updating because they feel dark but the rest is very good, the service people are friendly.

It is a good hotel, but the service at reception is quite weak. The breakfast was varied and good and the people in the restaurant were friendly. In the rooms there is a lack of cleaning of the floors, bathroom, tub walls, and quite dirty room curtains. They should make an effort in cleaning. The furniture in the room, very scratched and without maintenance.
