Azul de Panglao Hotel

First off, no issues checking in even with an early morning flight arrival! The room was clean and tidy, and both the night guard and daytime staff were friendly. On the first day, I didn't eat the red dragon fruit at breakfast, so they gave me mango the next day, and even gave me mango again on the third day! The AC was super strong, so there was no humidity. My only minor complaint would be the lack of a fridge in the room. But if you ask them to put something in the fridge, they'll store it in the lobby fridge! It was a bit noisy at the communal table on the weekend, but overall, the value for money was excellent!! I actually preferred that there weren't many Koreans and it wasn't a huge hotel!

Came with a friend. Someone helped us with our luggage when we checked in. Once the courtyard gate closed, it felt like our own comfortable little world. Breakfast was decent, with local flavors that some might not be used to, but the daily housekeeping was a nice touch.

The location isn't too remote; it's a 20-minute walk from Alona Beach or a 5-minute taxi ride. The environment is relatively quiet, and they have dogs (very cute!), though their barking occasionally isn't a big issue. Toiletries are provided, but slippers and toothbrushes need to be purchased. We had hot water for showers during our stay. The room has a smart TV where you can watch YouTube and Netflix (you need to log in with your own account). Breakfast selections and serving times are chosen the night before, but we usually just went downstairs in the morning to let the staff know we were ready for ours. The cheese and ham toast was delicious! The swimming pool is heated. The hotel also offers in-room massage services at a good price. Overall, the service is excellent. While there were occasional minor hiccups, the staff and owner are very kind and friendly, making for a very comfortable stay!

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. Their food is actually quite good, even though there's not much good food in the Philippines, haha. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend it.

This is a wonderful hotel. We are truly speechless when it comes to describing the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The room was super clean and smelled great, thanks to a humidifier that was turned on daily when the room was cleaned. All facilities appear well-maintained and in good working order. The breakfast offered at a good price is complete and appetizing. In addition to breakfast, they offered us typical desserts, like pastries, as a complimentary gesture. They were at our disposal at all times and very attentive, even after our stay ended. It's a small but very cozy hotel. Its perfect location next to Alona Beach makes it the ideal choice for an unforgettable stay. Thank you to Mira Sol and its great team for the excellent service.
