Well-groomed area, a lot of greenery. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. There is air conditioning. There was not enough: a hairdryer, slippers, a kitchen or at least a microwave, a large mirror in the room, a shoe rack at the entrance, BLANKETS were freezing by the morning, towels for the face, hands and feet, clothes dryers.
There is a cafe nearby, because of it it stinks of food from 12 until night.
The location is good, noise from the road is not always audible.

I really liked it here. Clean rooms, beautiful hotel area, although small. Nice, helpful staff! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to Alona Beach; on the way I stopped somewhere for breakfast. There is a nice bistro next to the hotel.

Just a little out of town and doesn’t take long to walk to their/ the beach. room is spacious and contains a refrigerator. A bit off the main road so is quiet at night and morning.

The hotel made a very good impression! Large comfortable rooms, clean linens and towels, tea and coffee set, mini-fridge, always hot water in the shower. The room has its own large balcony, with cozy armchairs and a table where you can drink coffee and look at the garden, even if it rains)) The hotel area is a well-kept garden with original paths. The location is not bad, but to go to the beach along the highway, which is not very convenient (there are almost no sidewalks). One evening until 3 a.m., karaoke was very audible from somewhere, but this happened only 1 time, the rest of the time (I lived 8 nights) there was silence and peace) when leaving the hotel there are always tricycles on the road, it’s convenient to go to any place. The staff is very friendly, courteous and friendly!
The wonderful Italian restaurant Vanilla Sky is located very close. I recommend the hotel! Thank you!

Hotel Renate, it's like a holiday with friends. Thank you Helmi & team for the great stay! The hotel is located in a quiet side street, with a pleasant neighbourhood. The location ensures an undisturbed night's rest, which is not a given in the Philippines 😉, and yet is only about 7-8 minutes walk from Alona Beach with its restaurants and nightlife. The rooms are pleasantly large and very clean. What I particularly appreciate when travelling in Asia....a comfortable mattress, hot water and strong water pressure in the shower. The accommodation meets all these criteria and makes the stay comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get many valuable tips about island life and good restaurants from the boss. Whether booking excursions or renting a scooter, everything was very easy with the support of the owner and his nice staff. The hotel is perhaps one of the insider tips here on Alona Beach, and definitely my first choice for my next stay in Panglao. Absolutely top for price and performance.
