環境乾淨整潔、員工親切有禮、餐點好吃、早餐選擇多樣，飯店位置很棒，鄰近商店街逛街方便，另一頭就是沙灘，吃飯也方便👍

식당들이 몰린 대로변에 있어서 이용하기 편리했음.
호텔방은 세식구에게 적당한 서이즈라 생각 듬.
객실에서 햄버거는 되고 치킨은 못 먹게 하는게 좀 웃겼음.
직원들은 대부분 친절하고 수영장도 깨끗했음.

勸退，沒住過這麼離譜的度假酒店。
1. 環境：這裡有兩家Henann，一家Tawala一家Alona beach，從一個大門進、兩個酒店相連。且不説同為一個集團、不能通用泳池已經很讓人反感，作為一個高級酒店沒配健身房已經很差勁，還衹能付費用Alona beach的健身房，***你們是窮瘋了嗎？
2. 服務：這邊服務員素質很低、沒有服務意識，杯子不洗，早上開着免打擾也會按鈴，且服務員在走廊裏走來走去大聲聊天非常打擾客人休息。酒店裡都是**，且比服務員還要吵。
3. 有一天在外面玩回來買了麥當勞，在大門口保安亭被攔下來不讓進，説有味道。？理論10分鐘無果，讓朋友拿着背包出來把麥當勞背進去。
4. 早餐真的很差，咖啡都沖的速溶，國內漢庭的水平卻是1500左右的價格。
5. 全世界衹有**開的酒店要求11點退房，這家酒店完美秉承了這一特色，不能延遲，走之前又被噁心了一把。
總之這家酒店雖然在當地算高級，但居住體驗各種摳搜和給人添堵。隔壁Alona beach雖然硬件可能好一點，但都是**開的估計也好不到哪去。出遊一定遠離**的酒店。
