Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben auch lediglich die Nächte dort verbracht. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist die Unterkunft völlig ausreichend. Es gibt eine funktionierende Klimaanlage, kaltes Wasser und die Betten sind bequem. Der TV bietet Netflix, es gibt WLAN und einen Pool. Wir wurden jederzeit informiert, sobald ein Fahrer für uns bereit stand (hatten wir bei 10 verschiedenen Unterkünften nur in diesem Hotel). Das einzige Negative war für uns der relativ lange Weg bis zum Strand bzw. in die Stadt. Nachts sollte man hier eventuell eine Taschenlampe mitnehmen.

Perfect place to relax. Very nice ambience. Staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The room is amazing, very spacious and have a comfy beds. Hi-speed wifi. Walking distance to Restaurants and the famous Alona long beach. I will recommend this place to my friends. Will be back soon.

The resort is actually amazing, the room is clean, spacious, and relaxing with a well-maintained facility. The pool is very clean, the staff is friendly, great services, we love the stay. Highly recommend it.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars just couple hours before our check-out, but they managed to screw things up pretty good. We had asked day before, if it is possible to pay extra for a late check-out, and staff at the front desk offered 1 extra hour for a little extra pesos. We happily excepted the offer, and it made a lot easier for us to plan our day at the island. When we arrived 1 hour 10 min before our late-check-out time to the hotel, male-staff-member informed us that we couldn’t have the late-check-out after all, and we had 10 minutes to leave the room. We were really surprised and angry; we had arranged our day that we would have still over an hour to go to shower and pack our things with no rush. Suddenly we had to leave right away. When we got to the front desk to hand over the keys, there were another couple waiting a room. It really seemed like we were LITERALLY kicked out, so that new customers wouldn’t have to wait even for a second. They sure didn’t respect yet existing customers at all. And for your information, I guess they didn’t understood that we are actually not tourists, but foreigners living in the Philippines, and we were looking for a hotel in Bohol to use regularly. Hotel itself was great, but this worst customer-service ever- experience made sure Ultra mint is not our regular place. Can’t recommend the hotel.

We were staying for 1 night cuz we were hotel hopping. This was our 4th hotel. Everything seemed ok. The place was nice and clean. Big deep pool. The rooms were very neat tidy and modern. They had a cafe but didn’t serve drink nor food. Staff could be more helpful and accommodating.
