Comfortable hotel with quite room. All staffs are friendly and helpful since checking-in. We love the hotel amenities and wow!! We can buy the best shampoo at the hotel with super kindness staff. Recommended!!

It was a very comfortable stay for two nights with my family. The size of the family room was great and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We happened upon the hotel in the midst of a rebrand. The Quality Inn branding still appeared on the digital boards at each floor offering a happy hour between 5 and 7. The bar staff were unaware of the happy hour. The tap beers were not working but they honoured the offer with $2 off bottles of cider.
There was a couple of tours in the hotel and we were placed in a adjoining room with a locked door beside a group of men talking and smoking/vaping. It is of course against the rules of the hotel to smoke/vape. We complained and the hotel was happy to relocate us to a very quiet end of hall room which was much nicer. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location close to everything. Heavenly comfortable bed and fantastic shower. Very friendly and helpful staff and lovely food. Highly recommend for couples or family. Very pleasant surroundings and overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very good in comfort and cleanliness. But the design of the doors--specifically, that they slam shut--is unforgivable. Why on earth do the self-closing doors gently close to within 15 centimeters of being closed and then suddenly slam shut? It's crazy. Owners: please spend the money to remedy this.

Nicely refurbished rooms. Woken each morning by noisey doors shutting and tour bus idling outside our window. Handy location for us. Good Indian restaurant next door. Friendly staff. My partner used the gym and was impressed. Bus stop close by.

The woman at reception was just fantastic. She was so helpful and kind, especially as a bus load of tourists was blocking up the area and the noise was incredible. She remembered our names next morning which madw us feel special.
