Huge room but space not used efficiently. Bathtub was not properly secured. And shower was inside bathtub. The toilet bidet has to be turned off else it will leak. Location was right in front of the ferry terminal.

I like this hotel. It is easy to access the ferry port to Moores. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the facilities are good .

Nice deco, spacious and clean room, however, amenities like toothbrush, slippers, etc., aren’t provided. Downstairs was very loud and noisy, can’t really sleep ( traffic, bar, karaoke). Probably not worth it at this price.

Hotel valido per una notte per trasferimento, essendo vicino alla stazione marittima,all’ aereoporto e al centro, ma se vi capita una camera sul fronte strada c’è molto rumore per la strada trafficatissima , la stazione marittima , ma soprattutto un locale con musica fino a notte fonda. Ben curato e pulito, colazione molto scarsa ,alle 9 la parte dei dolci era esaurita e i salati andavano ordinati.

Extremely late check in (2 am) took longer than normal because only 1 attendant was present. We were 4th in line after arrival of NZ flight. Service we very polite. Breakfast was very good. AC did not work well, so short sleep was uncomfortable. With proper AC this could be a 5-star.
