Yet another week in paradise! This is our 3rd stay at Amavi, and we are also booked for Feb 25! Pretty much covered everything in my review in Nov 2022. Must say, I didn't think this Hotel could get any better, but it has! Previous 2 stays were in November, and the hotel was much quieter. This stay, it was full. We had fewer sunbeds to choose from but still managed to bag a perfectly acceptable location (great system!) We also noticed the buffet restaurant was much busier, understandably, but it was well managed by the lovely hosts who greet you at breakfast & dinner. Food was as good as before, very minor observation......sometimes the area around the buffet including the serving spoons etc were a little messy & sloppy which is understandable when it is busy, but it was quite unpleasant. I did bring this to the attention of one of the staff in the kitchen, but unfortunately, they either didn't understand or were busy. (Only gripe!) The staff here, as previously mentioned, are fantastic! They really do know how to treat guests and always make you feel special. We had the pleasure of meeting Kiki the guest relations manager, this visit, and we enjoyed our chats with her! She took the time to listen to our feedback (hoping to see the amazing fragrance that fills the hotel for sale when we return 😉) We missed the lovely smiley Tetiana at breakfast & dinner, but were delighted to be served by her at Immenso, the most stunning restaurant with amazing views and wonderful staff. Tetiana is an absolute asset to Amavi! It's no surprise that Amavi has a 5 star rating. Clearly, the staff and management work very hard to retain this level. The couple's concept is one we very much enjoy. It's so quiet and peaceful, you really do leave feeling very relaxed. If you are looking for loud music and parties, this is not the hotel for you! We are already counting down the day's till we return! Thank you to everyone at Amavi who make their guest's feel special and go above and beyond. A very special hotel!
