Great staff
The hotel is in a great location in a rocky bay which you can swim in. The hotel itself is pleasant, although the style of the room we had was somewhat dated, although clean and well serviced everyday.
We had complained about the location of our room and were offered an alternative which we declined as we didn’t feel it was better……but the offer was appreciated.
The staff were, almost without exception, very pleasant and helpful, in every area of the resort…..

Overall servicable hotel, better for older guests
This hotel is advertised as "Golden beach", but it is not even close to a golden beach, there is a 50m rocky beach which you would need some kind of footwear to cross if you wanted to go into the sea.
Hotel location is very quiet, ideal if you are the type to just relax within the hotel grounds. If you have not hired a vehicle you will be very limited in the things that you can do unless you opt-in to bus excursions.
Overall the staff felt a little disinterested and not too friendly towards us, some staff were exceptional but this was not consistent across all staff.
The food at the buffet restaurant was bland and lacked variety. However, if you are breakfast only it was cheap to add dinner for only 20 euros per guest. We did not get to experience the a la Carte restaurant as it was fully booked for the duration of our stay.
The room was very nice, beds comfortable, balcony and bathroom were nice. However, the bath was very small.
The sun loungers situation was dire, if you did not wake up at the crack of dawn to claim a lounger for the day they mostly all occupied by 8:30am, it seems there is not enough loungers for the number of guests at the hotel.
The general age demographic of this hotel is 50+, so expect the entertainment to be tailored to that demographic also. If you are a younger couple I would suggest looking elsewhere.
If you are an older couple just looking for somewhere to relax, we recommend this hotel, for others I'd say look elsewhere.

Lovely hotel, friendly, hard working staff. Good choice of food in restaurant, very quick service clearing plates. Happy, friendly atmosphere in lounge. Joined in some of the games during the day. Plenty of cats around to fuss. Handy to have bus stop outside. Great sea, sunset views from room. Only negative was beach very stoney, and pool too cold, and could do with better evening entertainment.Great place.

Where do I start, first time at this hotel and it WON'T be my last. Absolutely loved it from start to finish. The rooms are lovely, beds and pillows are so comfy. The food is gorgeous,can't complain at all. The drinks are really good, good measures, the staff are wonderful. Always smiling, very helpful, one member of staff that really stands out was Nicoletta, she is an asset to the hotel, served in the lobby and she was such a joy. If I had one negative comment,it would be the pools. Went into the indoor pool thinking it would be heated, Freezing. Outdoor pool absolutely freezing, that is my only gripe. Will definitely return, thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We kwamen van een boot, hele dag zon en zwemmen en zitten . Kwamen terug in hotel , verrast door snelle afspraak!! Met Mojgan, Was heel erg ontspannen, mijn hoofdpijn is weg! Zeker een aanrader! Als je all inclusief gaat, dan mag je de wellnes zeker niet missen!! Top! Mojgan Thanks Mojgan, You did perfect!!!
