Good rooms with compliment fruits and add water/sweetie after cleaning. Funny music show every evening. All-inclusive mode is reasonable enough, permanent food'n'drinks are close available. The sea is near at hand. I was lacking only a sauna..)

Everything about this hotel is luxurious!!! I have never stayed in a hotel that caters for all ages, allergies and intolerances. It was perfect. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. We got married on 5th June at the resort and the day surpassed our expectations as the married couple but also our 59 guests. Everyone’s needs were met and the staff went above and beyond. We had an issue a few days into June where my cousins had booked rooms through Love Holidays and had their rooms cancelled by the company. We only found this out 30 mins before them arriving at the resort. I spoke with the staff at the reception desk and they couldn’t be more helpful. Within an hour, a room was sorted for them with complimentary gift for any inconvenience. The food was insanely delicious at breakfast lunch and dinner. Rooms were spacious, meticulously cleaned and lots of little touches to make our stay that little more special. The entertainment was good, especially the Grease and Cher productions. The pool areas were amazing with something for everyone and the sunbed allocation system is something most holiday makers can only dream of but here, the system worked seamlessly and having the ability to change where you wanted to be situated made the holiday even better. The hotel as a whole was spotlessly clean at all times in all areas with air conditioning throughout. All in all - if you are considering this hotel, book it!!!! You will not be disappointed. And if you are thinking of having your wedding here, do not delay. We had a better day than we ever could have imagined. All of our guests said it was the best wedding start to finish that they’ve ever been to. Thank you Olympic Lagoon Paphos resort for memories that will last a lifetime. We had a blast!!!!

We just married in Olympic Lagoon Paphos and we had such a memorable day. The venues were so pretty (just like the pictures on the website) and everything was organized so well and the service is worth a 10. The spa (massage) treatment by Georgetta was so relaxing as well; I would definitely recommend it. The hotel really deserves a 5 star!

Our first time in Paphos and we very much made the right hotel choice. We arrived late in the evening and were warmly welcomed and offered a very welcome drink after all the travel. The first thing that struck us on arrival was how well maintained and how clean the hotel was. Our room was great, the bed fantastically comfortable. We were also glad to see the travel cot that we’d requested ahead of our arrival. The hotel is great for families, the pool was ideal for our son’s first holiday abroad! The food was particularly good. I echo some of the other comments that mention its more quality over quantity, which to my mind is ideal. The staff were great, especially Maria in the buffet restaurant, who our 18 month old son took a particular liking too! The location is great, it takes around 30 mins with a relaxed walk over to the harbour area. In short, fantastic hotel, one we would like to return too at some point, very highly recommended.

Our family of four stayed at this resort in May, and it was amazing! The staff were exceptional! After leaving my phone on our transfer bus as we arrived, they went above and beyond tracking it down and getting it returned! Even though the company we travelled with, failed to locate it on their bus! Stefanos (Entertainment Manager) and Anthoulla ( Guest Services Manager) were personally invested in the phones return, and I can't find the words to show my appreciation! Our whole life is run from my phone! My 3 and 5 year old were obsessed with the kids club and the ladies running it! They happily went in everyday, with the nightly disco and movie night being absolute highlights! The food was delicious, we didn't have a bad meal. We ate mostly at the buffet, but did eat from at the Captians Deck and Seven Orchid which were both excellent!!! Plenty of choice for every palate! The room was spacious and cleaned beautifully every day! We loved our time at Olympic Lagoon Paphos, and hope to return next year!

This was our third stay here, many of the staff remembered us from previous stays and really looked after us, especially as we are disabled. On check in you are offered a cooling wet towel and a drink, lovely after the journey getting there. Efi and Theo made sure I had a chair with no arms on it to make the dining experience more comfortable for me. Antonis, from the Cypriot restaurant made sure the chair was available for me at whichever restaurant we dined. This was greatly appreciated. Ion, Sonia and Lydia made sure we had drinks whenever we needed them and Robert in the American Diner was very helpful and extremely funny. Simona made sure our room was kept clean and tidy. There were many more great staff members who made our stay very pleasant. It was brilliant that you can book for free a sunbed for all the time you were there and fresh towels were plentiful every day. The Guest Services team constantly checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Wow! Best all-inclusive I’ve been to. Great for families. I've been to a fair number of all inclusive resorts over the years. This has been the best so far although not at the high-end price point of some of the other results such as Ikos, the quality has been absolutely fantastic for the price. Nothing has been missed out. The hotel was pretty full during our stay, but despite this, we never had to wait for anything. the sunbeds are allocated which is really helpful so you don't need to rush to the pool. The hotel is right on the waterfront so you have beautiful views out to the sea and the sea in front of the hotel is beautiful for swimming although perhaps not quite the sandy beach for sunbathing you don't need this however as the poolside area is lovely. The cocktails and drinks are of good quality. The food was excellent. We ate in the Asian restaurant one night which was a beautiful meal. The facilities for children were second to none. My children aged 3 and 6 loved the kids club which was the best that they had ever been to. The program was packed with activities and they skipped in there at any given opportunity to escape from the heat of the midday sun. They enjoyed all the crafts and sports et cetera, they had their face painted one day. The staff was so wonderfully kind and welcoming and I really could not have asked for anything more. Big shout out for the team in the kids club (Iva, Nancy, nikoletta, konstantina, Zina, stely, Eleonora). They even gave you a buzzer so that they could call you easily if you needed to come and get them for whatever reason. The kids also really loved the kids disco and the soccer score was really excellent and a hit with the boys. Housekeeping was excellent, and the minibar is free and stocked daily. The only downside I can think of is that there isn't any blackout curtains in the bedroom.

We had a fantastic time at the Olympic Lagoon. We were greeted with a drink at check-in, which was much appreciated. We were then shown to our room by the porter who explained how all the room facilities worked. The next morning, after a lovely breakfast where there was a vast selection to choose from, we were allocated our sun beds. We requested a quiet area and the attendant duly allocated our beds, which turned out to be ideally situated 2 rows from the promenade. It was my 66th birthday the day after we arrived and I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to our room, after a day of sunbathing, to find a Birthday cake, card and balloon waiting for me, which had been left by the hotels guest services team. A lovely touch. We had booked all-inclusive, which included access to their Italian and Pan-Asian a la carte restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our night at the Garibaldi Italian restaurant, which offers a 7 course selection of food. My initial thought was 7 courses would be too much but the portion sizes were spot on and the food was excellent. You ate at your own pace so you were never harassed by the staff and I can only compliment them on their excellent service. The service in the Pan-Asian restaurant was a bit more rushed. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her 4 courses but unfortunately I wasn't that enamoured with the first 3 courses but my dessert, Matcha Cheesecake, was sensational. Easily the best cheesecake I have EVER tasted. The Arena Experience Theatre was available every night and I would highly recommend the Grease and Queen nights. Word of warning for these nights though, I would get to the theatre a good 30 minutes before these shows start to make sure you get a seat as these shows are extremely popular. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and are considering when to return later in the year.
