Good rooms with compliment fruits and add water/sweetie after cleaning. Funny music show every evening. All-inclusive mode is reasonable enough, permanent food'n'drinks are close available. The sea is near at hand. I was lacking only a sauna..)

We were visiting to join up with my sister and family who had booked and arrived from the UK. We tried to book but, fully booked as half term and popular. However, having pleaded my case for at least staying on a full board, no accommodation basis, the Guest Service Manager relented offering a Daily Rate which suited our case. Our thanks to her and the staff for making our 2 days enjoyable. I would consider going back for a longer stay, with accommodation!!

My family and I, including a nearly 1 year-old, I’ve just spent a week at this delightful hotel. Below are our particular pros and cons of the week. Praise: – The staff are an asset to this hotel. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay as well as possible. They are amazing with children and should be celebrated at all costs. This being said, there is a particular lady, I can provide her name if asked, at the Snackeria who is extremely unfriendly. The way she speaks to people should be addressed. – The grounds of this hotel as spectacular. The grounds people work so hard day and day out to make an incredibly clean and beautiful hotel for families to spend their holiday. Cons: - Rooms being cleaned. There was not a day that I didn’t have to phone down to the desk or to guest Services to either ask for something that had not been provided such as water or to ask for my room to be cleaned. There were two or three days where we came up for the day at 4 pm and the room hasn’t been cleaned yet despite having the same put up at several points during the day. On the last day, we were not given water and when I called down to ask for some I was told I had to come and get it myself. Considering this is a five star hotel, I do not feel that this is okay. - Food Food is a huge deal for us and the main reason why we would not return to this hotel. Considering this is a five star hotel, the food you get is incredibly similar every day. Yes, they have a variety of other restaurants but these are almost impossible to book and we only manage to book into one during our stay. The restaurant does the nights but if you do not like this theme you are in trouble because there is no other food apart from the themed food. The variety of food is also small in comparison to other five star hotels that I have stayed at. The food itself is nice, but we all felt as though we couldn’t face another buffet that contained basically the same items cooked in a different way.

One of the best family all-inclusive resorts we have stayed at. Great food, clean, lovely helpful staff and a great location. There was a feel of being relaxed and whilst it was busy, it didn’t feel busy, and the allocated sun bed system is genius's. The food and restaurants were great, with none of the usual bun fight! The American Diner was a hidden gem, never full and you could just walk in. The Spa is awesome and we both had the Cyprus Special body scrub and massage treatment from Georgetta, which was heavenly.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and clean. Will definitely return. Great location with beautiful views of the sea. Only thing that lets it down very slightly is the sun bed system, it doesn’t work as we and others experienced. Not sure if it’s the system or staff that cause most issues. It didn’t spoil our holiday it was a minor thing at a beautiful hotel.

We came here the beginning of May for our family-moon, myself, hubby and 2 kids (11 month and 2 year old). As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the hotel staff who carried our bags and offered us lemonade and hot flannels to refresh. As it was quite late the buffet was not open however the American Diner was and the food was delicious, burgers, steaks, wraps and milkshakes. The 2 men in particular who work in the Diner are so friendly and engaging making a big effort with my kids. The hotel is spotless and the hotel room was also very clean and comfortable. Special shout out to BedRaj who looked after our room. In the evening more towels and chocs were given. Fresh bottles of water provided each day in the room and orange juice in the mini fridge. There is day and evening entertainment of which is offered and advertised but not forced so if you want it its there. There is a kids club and teenage club as well as a creche. There is a playground attached to the kids club but you can only access it through kids club. I would recommend a separate playground for kids who don't attend kids club like a couple of the hotels next door. The food in the buffet is very nice, a different theme each day and there is a separate kids buffet for the kids to help themselves to chips, pizzas, chicken nuggets etc. As soon as you enter the buffet you are seated and offered drinks. There is a separate snack bar during the day offering pizzas, hot dogs, sandwiches, ice cream which is also very pleasant. The Captain deck and Asian restaurant were great to try and the kids behaved for both meals. The Italian is adult only so did not have a chance to try this. The spa is really good and relaxing. It includes steam room and sauna. I got a back and neck massage and facial massage which was really good for 55 euros. Most people are with families/children so everyone is in the same boat with tantrums and mum and dad bods ;) There is a quiz in the evening at 8:45 after the kids mini disco but then a gap for 30-45 minutes so perhaps this time could be filled with bingo, games etc for the adults. The pool is cold but once your in it is fine and there are 2 slides which my 2 year old went on. There is a little shop on site which sells nearly everything, albeit not the cheapest. Overall we had a fantastic stay, the hotel is right next to a little beach which was enough for the kids to play and dip their feet in to the sea. I would love to recommend a separate playground, games room with a pool table, warming the pools up as they were very cold and possibly a drinks app as the drinks service in the evening was a bit slow. I would definitely return, myself and my hubby really enjoyed it and the kids loved it also.

I booked two treatments in the spa - and Georgetta did both treatments - I had the heavy leg treatment and the Cyprus experience. Both treatments were amazing, she totally understood what I needed for the issues I have with my ankles and legs. I also got the most amazing head massage as part of the leg treatment which I wasn’t expecting. The next day I went back and had a full body scrub, with a full body massage, where Georgetta knew of my previous issues and worked those really well again for me. I left feeling relaxed and that I really enjoyed my treatment. The spa is very well equipped and a real experience - I was invited to go 30 minutes earlier with my scrub and massage treatment to use the sauna and steam room which was lovely too.
